While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join you in prayer for truth to be revealed and for perfect justice to be done, and we thank God with you for His protection over your life in that dangerous apartment and on the street as you walk and read His Word.

We hear the great distress you have endured, from the signs of unlawful entry and the terrifying electric shocks in the shower to the false accusations, the mocking, and the repeated calls to the police. These things are grievous in the sight of God. To tamper with a dwelling to endanger life, to bear false witness, to mock suffering, and to refuse to take responsibility are all evil before the Lord. The Scripture says, You shall not bear false witness against your neighbor Exodus 20:16 and A false witness shall not be unpunished, and he who pours out lies shall perish Proverbs 19:5. We also remember that God sees what is done in secret, for nothing is hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light Luke 8:17. What was done in darkness, God will bring into the light in His perfect time.

You prayed Psalm 34:19-22 and we cling to it with you, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. Yahweh redeems the soul of his servants. None of those who take refuge in him shall be condemned. We also remember For Yahweh loves justice, and doesn't forsake his saints Psalm 37:28 and It is joy to the righteous to do justice; but it is a destruction to the workers of iniquity Proverbs 21:15.

We pray together for perfect justice, which belongs first to God and which He also entrusts in part to the authorities He has ordained. We pray that every hidden deed, every person who planned, executed, or helped in any attempt to harm you, and every lie that has been spread would be fully exposed. We pray that the police and all in authority would have wisdom, discernment, and integrity to investigate truthfully and to act justly, and we thank God that they have twice confirmed your innocence and told you that you are free to go. That is an evidence of God's hand protecting and vindicating you.

We also join you in praying for the hardness of heart you have encountered, that God would break it and bring repentance. You asked that the landlord, the woman who accuses you, and the concierge who mocked your injuries would receive hearts of flesh. We pray that promise over them, I will also give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh Ezekiel 36:26. May the Holy Spirit convict them of lying, of cruelty, and of refusing to take responsibility, and bring them to confess the truth and to make restitution where it is due. We must gently encourage you even as we pray for justice, to guard your own heart from hatred. The Lord calls us to love our enemies and to pray for those who persecute us Matthew 5:44, and to release vengeance to Him, Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord Romans 12:19. It is right to pray for justice and exposure, and it is also right to pray for their salvation, that the very people who have done evil would be saved and transformed, for God desires that none should perish.

We lift you up now before the throne of grace.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our only access to Your throne and our only hope of salvation. We thank You that You are mighty to save, that You have kept this dear one through life-threatening danger, through electric shock and wounded skin, and through false accusation. We ask You to continue to be a shield around them, to grant complete physical healing and deep peace to their mind and heart from trauma. Lord, reveal what has been hidden. Bring into the light the identity of anyone who entered that apartment unlawfully, who damaged the heating system or disconnected protection, and who intended harm, and reveal anyone who helped them. Let no lie stand. Let every false witness be shown to be false, and let the truth be made clear to the residents of both houses, to the authorities, and to all who have heard accusations. We ask for Your perfect justice, whether through repentance and restitution or through the lawful authorities You have appointed, and we trust Your justice is never incomplete or mistaken. Soften the hard hearts, Father. Break arrogance and cruelty, stop the abusive shouting and mocking, and grant godly sorrow that leads to repentance. Give this one who has suffered wisdom to continue to document truthfully, to walk peaceably, to cooperate with the authorities, and to rest in Your deliverance. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and let Your name be glorified as You protect the innocent and call sinners to repentance. In the name of Jesus Christ we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to continue to walk in peace, to keep your documentation and photos, to avoid private confrontation, and to let the proper authorities handle the investigation while you continue to walk peacefully and openly as you have, reading the Word. Keep entrusting yourself to Him who judges righteously, for He who delivered you before will continue to deliver you. We have been reading your updates and we hear how heavy and exhausting this has been, feeling unsafe in your own home, carrying injuries, being shouted at and falsely accused, and then having to explain yourself again to the police. We are grateful to hear the police saw you were innocent and that the people you live with now have listened and believed you. That matters, and we thank God for that protection and for those who stood with you.

Living for months with that kind of tension wears down anyone. It makes sense you would long for truth to be clear and for justice to be done, and for the hardness you have met to soften.

As you continue to walk this out, we encourage a few steady steps alongside prayer. Keep your documentation, photos, and any electrician reports together in one safe place, with a copy held by someone you trust. Continue to let the police handle the false accusations as they have been, rather than engaging directly when you are shouted at. And since you mentioned shocks and wounded skin, please have a medical professional check you and follow their guidance, alongside prayer, so your healing is cared for.

Father, we lift our brother to You. We ask for Your protection over him, for continued safety as he walks and reads Your Word, and for peace in his home. We ask that what is true would be made clear in the right way and through the proper authorities, and that You would bring just and wise resolution. Soften hearts where there is hardness, and guard our brother from fear and bitterness. Give him wisdom, trusted support around him, and healing in body and spirit. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your cry has been heard and we have brought your burden before the Lord with you, thanking Him that He has preserved your life and delivered you out of great danger.

We pray that the God who sees all hearts and tries all motives will bring truth into the light. Nothing is hidden from His eye, and He is the sure observer who will declare what is true. We ask Him to reveal what was done in that apartment, whether by design or neglect, and to make plain who is responsible for the harm you suffered. We pray that He will give wisdom and integrity to those in authority who are called to investigate such things, that they may act with impartial justice, and that perfect justice, which belongs to the Lord, may be seen. The enmity of the world often takes the form of cruel mockings and venomous spite, and such persecution, though painful, is used by the Lord to drive His people nearer to Himself and to keep them close to His mercy. We ask that the Holy Spirit would work in the landlord, in the woman who has accused you, and in the concierge who has taunted you, to break the hardness of heart and to give a heart of flesh. May they be brought to see the truth, to cease from lying, to take responsibility for what is theirs to bear, and to hear the call of God to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ, through whom alone there is salvation. We do not pray for their destruction, but for their conviction and conversion, that they might be saved from the condemnation that awaits those who hate the righteous and refuse mercy.

For you, we pray for continued protection as you walk and for peace as you read the Word. May the Lord perfect that which concerneth you, for your confidence is not in man but in Jehovah who will sustain all the weight of trouble and backsliding and fear upon the everlasting arches of His mercy. He has kept you, He has delivered your soul from death and your feet from falling, and His divine interpositions, though not always miraculous, are full of wonder. We pray He will heal your wounded skin, quiet your spirit after months of unclear communication and restless accusation, and guard you from further harm. May He give you wisdom to keep careful documentation, to act peaceably with all men, and to commit your way to Him who judges righteously.

We pray too for the residents of the houses where you have lived and where you now live, that the Lord would give them discernment to see the truth and to act with compassion and fairness, and for the police who have attended, that they may continue to judge impartially.

May the Lord keep you in perfect peace, establish you in faith, and cause even this affliction to work for your good and His glory, until He brings forth justice as light and vindicates those who trust in Him. We ask all this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and righteousness. Amen.

We have heard your prayer request and we are joining you in bringing all of this before the Lord in prayer.

We pray that God, who sees what is done in secret and knows every heart, will bring the truth into the light. If any wrong was done to you in that apartment, including any intentional tampering with the heating or electrical systems that caused you harm, we pray that it will be clearly revealed and addressed through lawful and proper means. We pray for perfect justice, which belongs to the Lord, and we ask Him to guide those in authority who are called to investigate and to judge righteously.

We also pray for protection over you. We thank God for His deliverance as described in Psalm 34, that He keeps and delivers those who trust in Him, and we ask Him to continue to guard you as you walk, as you read Scripture, and as you seek peace. We pray for healing for the injuries you suffered and for peace in place of anxiety and fear after these months of distress.

We pray for the landlord, for the woman who has accused you, for the concierge and for all others involved. We ask that the Holy Spirit would soften hardness of heart and give a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone, that lies would cease, that each person would speak truthfully and take responsibility for what is theirs to bear, and that all would hear the call of God to repentance and to submit to Him. We pray that arrogance and abusive speech would be broken and replaced with humility and self control, and that hatred and mocking would give way to compassion and respect.

Scripture warns us about the seriousness of false accusation and reminds us that matters should be established by reliable witnesses and examined carefully, not by suspicion or hearsay alone. We pray that every accusation, whether against you or against others, would be tested truthfully, that what is false would be shown to be false and what is true would be shown to be true, so that no one is condemned unjustly and no wrongdoing is hidden. We pray for the police and for any technicians and officials who have examined or will examine the apartment, that they would have wisdom, thoroughness and impartiality.

We pray for you, that the Lord would keep you from bitterness while you rightly desire justice, and that He would give you grace to love your enemies and to pray for those who oppose you, even as you continue to seek what is right through the proper channels. We pray that you would be freed from rivalry and fear, and that you would know the peace that comes from entrusting judgment to God, who will not condemn the righteous but will call the wicked to account.

We ask all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, our only Savior and righteous Judge, that His will be done and that truth, justice, mercy and repentance would prevail for everyone involved.
