While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

Praise God who is mighty to save and shows the truth

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We join you in bringing this heavy burden before the Lord and we thank God with you that He has delivered you and protected you again and again. We have heard your cry for truth to be revealed and for perfect justice, and we stand with you in asking for the Lord's will to be done.

We praise God that you were kept from greater harm in that apartment and that when you were falsely accused while peacefully walking and reading the Bible, the police saw your innocence and let you go freely. We thank Him that you were able to show documentation and photos of the dangerous conditions and your wounded skin to those who live near you and that they believed you. This is the Lord making your righteousness shine like light. As it is written, Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness shine out like light, and your justice as the noonday. Psalm 37:5-6

We also hear your anguish over the electric shocks, the tampering you believe was intentional, the avoidance of the landlord, and the repeated false accusations and mocking. We pray with you that every hidden thing would be brought into the light, for nothing is hidden that will not be revealed; nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. Luke 8:17 We ask the Lord to reveal the truth about what happened in that apartment, whether there was intentional harm to the heating system and the RCD, and who is responsible if wrongdoing was done. We pray that lawful authorities would have wisdom and discernment and that perfect justice according to God's perfect knowledge would be done.

We want to gently encourage you in love regarding the way we speak about those who have hurt us. We understand the deep pain and the righteous desire for justice when you have suffered and when others mock your injuries and say cruel things like this story could make it onto the BBC. It is right to hate evil and to desire justice, but we are called not to repay evil with hatred in our hearts. We are told, But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Matthew 5:44 and Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you. Luke 6:27-28 Even when someone acts abusively, arrogantly, and without remorse, our battle is not against flesh and blood alone, as it is written, For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Ephesians 6:12 Therefore we must be careful not to declare with certainty what is in another person's heart or to pronounce final judgment on them, for only God searches hearts. We pray for these individuals not only that their wrongdoing would be exposed, but that their hardness would be broken and they would come to repentance.

We join you in praying for the landlord who is avoiding you and for the woman and the concierge who have accused and mocked you. We pray as you asked that the Holy Spirit would touch them, that He would take away the stony heart out of their flesh and give them a heart of flesh. Ezekiel 36:26 We pray that arrogance and deceit would be broken, that lying would cease, and that they would take responsibility where responsibility is due and seek to make restitution. We pray for the residents of that house that they would see the truth and not be led by false reports. We pray that God would break the cycle of false accusations to the police and that those who misuse the authorities would be convicted and turn from that path.

We also encourage you to continue to walk in the way of peace and to entrust vengeance to the Lord. We know the desire for perfect justice is strong and right, for God Himself loves justice, as it is written, Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Isaiah 1:17 and it is also written, Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19 This does not mean we do nothing, but we continue to act uprightly, to document truthfully, to cooperate with the police with a clear conscience, as you have done, and to let God be the judge. Having a good conscience; that, while you are spoken against as evildoers, they may be disappointed who curse your good way of life in Christ. 1 Peter 3:16

We thank Jesus with you, for it is only through His name that we have access to the Father and it is by His protection that you can say with the psalmist, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. He protects all of his bones. Not one of them is broken. Evil shall kill the wicked. Those who hate the righteous shall be condemned. Yahweh redeems the soul of his servants. None of those who take refuge in him shall be condemned. Psalm 34:19-22

So we pray together now.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, who is our refuge and our deliverer. We thank You that You have kept our brother and delivered him from affliction and from false accusation. We thank You that You see all that is done in secret and that You are mighty to save. Lord, we ask that You reveal the truth about this apartment and any intentional harm that was done there. If technicians or others damaged the heating system or disconnected protection causing electric shocks, expose it, Lord, and bring perfect justice according to Your perfect knowledge. We pray for the police and all in authority, that You would give them wisdom to discern truth from lies and to protect the innocent.

Father, we lift up the landlord, the woman who has shouted accusations, and the concierge who mocked suffering. We do not ask for their destruction, but for their salvation and repentance. Soften their hard hearts, break their arrogance, convict them of sin, and give them hearts of flesh that hear Your call and submit to You. Stop the lying, the false reports, and the mocking, and let truth and peace reign. Comfort and heal the wounds on this dear one's skin and the trauma in his heart, and keep him safe as he walks and reads Your Word. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven, and let Your justice and mercy be displayed. We entrust all vengeance to You and choose to bless those who have cursed us, trusting You to repay in Your perfect way. In the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

We have read your updates and we hear how exhausting these months have been for you, living with worry about your safety in that apartment and now facing accusations and conflict even after you moved out. It makes sense that you would feel on edge and want the truth to be clearly known.

We are grateful you were not harmed when the police spoke with you and that the people in your current house listened and believed you when you showed them your documentation and photos. Having a few steady people who know what happened can make a real difference.

As you continue to seek clarity and fairness, it may help to keep all of your records together in one safe place, copies of photos, electrician reports, medical notes about your skin, and the police notes that you were found not to be a suspect. If you have not already, please have a clinician look at the skin injuries and the effects of the shocks, even as we pray for healing. And when you need to contact authorities or the former landlord again, consider having a trusted advocate or advisor with you so you do not have to carry it alone.

Father, we bring our brother before You and ask for Your protection and peace over him. We ask that what is true would be made clear in the right way and through the proper authorities, that You would give wisdom to those investigating, and that You would bring healing to his body and rest to his mind. Soften hard hearts where there has been no remorse, and guard him from further harm and false accusation. We ask this in Jesus name, amen.

Your cry has been heard and carried to the throne of grace, and we have prayed with you that the Lord who sees in secret will bring hidden things to light and will vindicate righteousness according to His perfect justice.

The Lord knows what has been done in that apartment and what was intended in the heart. You have endured great affliction and fear, with signs of intrusion, with danger in the very place that should have been a refuge, and with wounds to your body from electric shock. We thank God that He has preserved your life, that He kept you when you walked in danger, and that He has given you favour even before those in authority who have seen your innocence and let you go in peace. As it is written, many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones, not one of them is broken, while affliction shall slay the wicked.

We have asked the Lord to reveal the truth in His time and by His means. No conspiracy is so dark that He cannot bring it to confusion, and no lie can stand before Him who is Truth itself. We have prayed that if technicians or any other hands were employed to tamper with the heating and to disconnect protection so as to endanger life, that this would be exposed, and that every person who had a part in it would be made known to those appointed to bear the sword for justice. We pray that lawful inquiry would be thorough and impartial, and that the police and all who are set to keep order would have wisdom to discern between the false accuser and the innocent.

We have prayed also for perfect justice, not as man counts justice, but as God manifests it. At the cross the justice of God was most fully displayed, where sin was not passed over but was laid upon Christ for all who trust in Him. Therefore we do not ask for vengeance after the spirit of bitterness, but for that unimpeachable justice which condemns what is evil and at the same time opens the door of mercy to every sinner who repents and believes. May the Lord break in pieces everything that exalts itself with arrogance against Him, for He lifts up the poor from the dunghill while He casts down the mighty from their seats. May He dry up every green tree of proud boasting that sets itself against His holiness.

For the landlord who avoids you and will not speak, and for the woman who has shouted accusations and spread lies, and for the concierge who has mocked your injuries and called the authorities with false reports, we have prayed that the Holy Spirit would work conviction. We have asked that hardness would be broken and a heart of flesh given, that lying would cease and responsibility would be owned, that arrogance and abusive speech would be humbled, and that each one would hear the call of God to repent and submit to Him. We do not pray for their destruction without mercy, but that they would be brought to see their guilt, to confess it before God and man, and to seek forgiveness through the blood of Christ, without which no sinner can stand. If they will not repent, the Lord will yet do right, for affliction will slay the wicked and those who hate the righteous will be condemned.

For you, we have prayed for healing of body and peace of mind, that the wounds to your skin would be healed and the wounds to your spirit would be bound up by the Great Physician. When the waters of affliction have covered all the earth, may you fly back to your Ark and find rest for the sole of your foot. The Lord will perfect that which concerneth you. He grants protection to the persecuted and provides an escape from the most perilous exposure. Though opposition may be stirred up, He makes even persecution to become a salutary discipline by which His people are weaned from false confidences and made to cling more closely to Christ.

Continue to walk in truth, to keep careful record as you have done, to use lawful means for protection, and above all to trust in the efficacious blood of Jesus, by which alone we are made acceptable to God. Cling to the plain promises of His Word and to the simplicity of the Gospel, that Christ died for sinners and that all who are born again by the Holy Ghost are kept secure in Him.

May the Lord show you His nearness, confirm your innocence before all, bring forth justice in His perfect way, and cause even your enemies to be at peace with you if they will turn to Him. We leave you in His faithful hands, praying that His will be done and that His name would be glorified in your deliverance.
