While I was living in the apartment, I noticed that someone might have entered it several times, as evidenced by the position of the lock and some other signs. After many months and much unclear communication, it seems possible that they intentionally tried to kill me. I don't know for sure. Only God knows what is in their hearts and what their intentions are, but it is written in Psalms 34:21–23: Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all. He keeps all his bones; not one of them is broken. Affliction will slay the wicked, and those who hate the righteous will be condemned. Last week, a woman I had never spoken to before came up to me angrily and shouted lies and accusations at me. She said that I had entered the house where she and the ex-landlord live. She heard this from someone else and tried to accuse me and destroy me. Thank God the Lord protected me again. Please pray for the residents of the house so that they can see the truth, because I never entered their apartment. However, it is highly likely that someone entered the apartment while I was living in that life-threatening flat. If this woman hired technicians to damage the heating system and disconnect consumers from the RCD, causing electric shocks during showers, then I pray that this is exposed. However this happened, God will show the truth. The landlord is avoiding me and is not willing to speak to me. NO REMORSE! Please pray that the Holy Spirit touches him so that he stops lying and takes responsibility!

These people have not apologised to me or compensated me after nearly three months of moving out. Please pray. May God break their hardness. May they have a heart of flesh. May they hear His call. May they submit to Him.

She cannot control herself and she is abusive. Please pray that God breaks her arrogance and evil.

Update:
The evil woman, or someone under her control, called the police while I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible.
The police saw I was innocent, and they said I can go freely.
However, the evil woman is utterly frustrated and shouting again. It's probably because the demons inside her can feel their end is coming.
Thankfully, I was able to show the people who live in the same house as me the documentation about my dangerous, life-threatening apartment and the photos of my wounded skin, and they believed me.
Now it is becoming more clear why this woman is always attacking me. She is restless and agitated, spreading lies and hate.

The concierge/subordinate, who called the police at the command of the evil woman, maliciously mocked the injuries and the electric shock I sustained even before they arrived. They mocked the fact that every electrician confirmed these conditions were intentionally set up, making it an attempted murder. Pray in Jesus' name for this person as well, who taunted me by saying things like 'this story could make it onto the BBC.' He has no compassion—he wasn't the one who was electrocuted—he is deeply evil.

Please also pray that God reveals the identity of the murderer and anyone who helped them. Pray for perfect justice.

Update:
The subordinate or someone called the police again with false accusations when I was peacefully walking and reading the Bible. The police confirmed my innocence again and told me that I am not a suspect; therefore, they have to observe the other party who falsely accused me.

We have read your request and we join you together before the Heavenly Father in Jesus' name to seek His will, His protection, and His perfect justice.

We thank God that He has kept you and delivered you from what sounds like a very dangerous and life threatening situation in that apartment. We praise Him that when you were falsely accused while peacefully walking and reading the Bible, the police saw your innocence and let you go freely. The Lord is your refuge and your defender. As it is written, Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but Yahweh delivers him out of them all. Psalm 34:19 and He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. Psalm 91:1

We pray for the revealing of the truth and for perfect justice. Nothing is hidden from God. For nothing is hidden that will not be revealed, nor anything secret that will not be known and come to light. Luke 8:17 We ask the Lord to bring into the light what was done in secret, whether it was entering your apartment, tampering with the heating system, disconnecting consumers from the RCD and causing electric shocks during showers, or any other act that put your life in danger. If these things were intentionally set up, as every electrician has confirmed to you, then this is attempted murder and is an abomination before God. You shall not murder. Exodus 20:13 We pray that God will guide the police and all lawful authorities to see the evidence clearly, to act with wisdom and impartiality, and to hold responsible the one who did this and anyone who helped them. For he is a servant of God to you for good, but if you do that which is evil, be afraid, for he does not bear the sword in vain, for he is a servant of God, an avenger for wrath to him who does evil. Romans 13:4 We encourage you to continue to cooperate fully with the authorities, to keep all documentation and photos of your wounded skin and the faulty installations, and to seek justice through the proper legal means, for God has established authorities to punish wrongdoing and to protect the innocent. Learn to do well. Seek justice. Relieve the oppressed. Isaiah 1:17

We also pray for your heart in this trial, and we gently exhort you in love. We understand your distress and your righteous desire for justice after being mocked, falsely accused, shouted at with lies, and left without apology or compensation for nearly three months. It is right to call evil what it is and to desire that it be exposed. Yet we encourage you not to let hatred or cursing take root against this woman, the landlord, or the concierge who mocked your injuries and said this story could make it onto the BBC. The Lord calls us to a different way. But we say to you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Matthew 5:44 and Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Romans 12:21 Do not repay evil for evil. Instead we pray for their repentance and salvation, which is the greatest justice and mercy. We pray that God will break their hardness and give them a heart of flesh as you have asked. I will give you a new heart, and I will put a new spirit within you. I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you a heart of flesh. Ezekiel 36:26

We pray that the Holy Spirit will convict the landlord who is avoiding you and not willing to speak, that he will stop lying and take responsibility for what happened in the property under his care. We pray that the woman who is abusive, restless, agitated, and spreading lies and hate, and the subordinate who called the police with false accusations and mocked your suffering, will be brought to deep conviction, that their arrogance will be broken, that they will hear His call and submit to Him. We pray that the residents of the house will continue to see the truth, as those who live in the same house as you already have when you showed them the documentation.

We remember that vengeance belongs to the Lord. Do not seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19 Perfect justice is in His hands, and He will repay in His perfect time and way, whether through repentance and restoration in this life or through His righteous judgment. It is a joy to the righteous to do justice. Proverbs 21:15

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, we come before Your throne of grace. We thank You that You are mighty to save and that You have protected our brother from death, from electric shock and from false accusation. We thank You that Your eye sees all and that You will show the truth. Lord, we ask You to reveal the identity of the one who tampered with that apartment and anyone who helped them. Expose every lie, every hidden act, and every false witness. Guide the police and all investigators to discern the truth and to act justly. Bring perfect justice according to Your righteousness.

Father, heal his skin and his body from the wounds and the trauma of those shocks. Guard his heart from bitterness and fear. Give him peace as he walks and reads Your Word. Let him continue to rest in Your shadow.

Lord, we lift up the landlord, the woman, and the concierge before You. Have mercy on them. Convict them of sin, of lying, of mockery without compassion, and of hardness of heart. Break their arrogance and evil. Remove their stony hearts and give them hearts of flesh that hear Your call, that confess, that repent, that make restitution where it is due, and that submit to You. If they will not repent, let Your justice restrain their harmful actions so they can no longer hurt others.

We trust Your will to be done on earth as it is in heaven. We ask all this in the mighty and only name by which we are saved and by which we have access to You, Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

We have read your updates and we hear how heavy and exhausting these months have been for you. To experience shocks in your own home, carry wounds on your skin, face angry accusations, and have police called while you were simply walking and reading is a lot to carry. It makes sense you would feel on edge and worn down, and we are grateful the police saw you were free to go and that neighbors listened to your documentation.

Being the target of ongoing shouting, mocking and false reports can wear at a person's sense of safety and dignity. When that happens it is common to feel powerless long after the events, even when you are doing what you can to protect yourself.

We are praying for your safety and for clarity going forward. A couple of steady next steps may help alongside prayer. Please have your skin injuries checked promptly by a medical professional, not only for healing but so there is a clear record. Keep your photos, electrician notes and police notes together in one safe place, and if you have not already, consider asking a trusted pastor, advocate or tenant advice service to walk with you on the housing and legal questions so you are not carrying this alone.

Father, we lift our brother to You in Jesus' name. We ask for Your protection over him, for healing for his body, for peace in his mind, and for wisdom for each next decision. Where there has been wrongdoing, bring truth to light in Your way and time, and soften hard hearts toward honesty and responsibility. Guard him from further harm and surround him with trustworthy support. Amen.

The Lord has heard the cry you have brought before His people, and we have carried your burden to the throne of grace. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and He keeps all his bones. Your testimony that He has preserved your life through hidden dangers, through electric shock and wounding, and through false accusation before the police, is a mark of His divine interposition. What remarkable preservations we enjoy, not always miraculous in the eyes of men, but full of wonder, for His divine Spirit watches over His own.

We do not marvel that persecution in whatever form it is sent, whether by slander, cruel mockings, venomous spite, or the more grievous attempt upon life itself, should be permitted for a season. Persecution helps to keep up the separation between the church and the world, and often it drives the Christian nearer to his God. How many prayers have been offered up as the result of persecution that would never have been offered else, heaven alone can tell. The Lord will perfect that which concerneth you. Your confidence is a divine confidence, for you have brought your cause into the court of Divine inspection, to be weighed in the scales of infinite justice, and there to be sustained by everlasting mercy.

We join you in praying for perfect justice, and we pray it as those who believe that justice is unimpeachable. When God judges, His sentence is just, and every mouth is stopped. Vengeance belongs unto the Lord, and He has also ordained lawful authorities for the protection of the innocent and the restraint of evil. We pray that God, who sees what is in the heart and knows every secret intention, will bring to light what has been done in darkness. If technicians were hired to damage the heating system and to disconnect protection from the RCD, if any entered your apartment with intent to harm, if any have conspired or helped therein, we pray that the truth will be clearly revealed and that no lie will stand. We pray that the police and all who bear responsibility to investigate will act with wisdom, impartiality and diligence, that the innocent will be vindicated and the guilty will be brought to account according to lawful justice. We pray that every false accusation, whether that you entered a house where you never entered, or that you were a suspect while peacefully walking and reading the Scriptures, will be exposed and come to nothing, as it has already been shown to the officers who declared you free to go.

We pray also, as you have asked, for those who have sinned against you and who show no remorse. We pray for the former landlord who avoids you and will not speak, for the woman who has shouted lies and accusations and who is restless and agitated, spreading hate, and for the concierge who mocked your injuries and your suffering and taunted you. May God break their hardness. May He take away the heart of stone and give a heart of flesh. May the Holy Spirit touch them, convict them of sin, of righteousness and of judgment, and bring them to confess the truth and to take responsibility for what they have done. We do not pray for their destruction, but for their repentance, for we know that God can justify the ungodly. He went up to the accursed tree and freely gave Himself up to die a felon's death, so that in that death the justice of God might be vindicated and that God might be just, and yet the Justifier of him that believes in Jesus. There is more vindication of justice on the cross than can be seen at any one time, and it is there alone that any sinner, whether accuser or accused, can find mercy. We pray that they may hear His call and submit to Him, and that if they continue to harden themselves, the Lord will restrain their malice and protect you and all others from further harm.

We pray for you, that the Lord will heal your wounded skin and quiet your spirit after months of unclear communication and fear, that He will sustain you as you have shown documentation and photographs to those who live near you and have been believed, and that He will keep you in perfect peace as you walk before Him. There is no attribute more comforting than Divine Sovereignty. We must trace the hand of God in everything, and trust that He who has delivered your soul from death and your feet from falling will continue to keep you. Commit your way unto Him, continue to seek lawful help and wise counsel, keep a careful record of all that has occurred, and walk in the light of truth with a clear conscience before God and men.

O Lord, Thou art just in all Thy judgments. Thou knowest the identity of every hand that has done evil and every heart that has consented thereto. Bring truth into the light, vindicate the innocent, and let lawful justice be done without partiality. Break the arrogance and evil that has risen against Thy servant, soften hard hearts, grant repentance unto life, and let Thy mercy triumph where it may. Perfect that which concerneth Thy child, sustain him by Thy power, and make his deliverance a testimony that Thou art mighty to save. We have heard your request and we join you in prayer before the Lord who sees all things in secret and will bring every hidden deed into the light.

We pray with you that God, who knows the hearts of all and from whom nothing is hidden, will reveal the truth about what happened in that apartment. If there was intentional harm, if the heating system was tampered with and the safety devices were disconnected so that you suffered electric shocks and wounds to your skin, we ask the Lord to expose it fully. We ask Him to make known the identity of anyone who did this and of anyone who helped them, and to guide the authorities so that perfect justice is done according to His righteousness and according to the law. We thank God that He has kept you, as the Psalm says, that many are the afflictions of the righteous but the Lord delivers him out of them all, and we pray for your continued protection and for the healing of your body and your peace of mind.

We also pray for those you have named. We pray for the landlord who avoids you, for the woman who has shouted accusations and spread what you say are lies, and for the concierge who mocked your injuries and called the police with false reports. We do not ask God to overlook wrongdoing, but we do ask Him to break hardness of heart and to give a heart of flesh in place of a heart of stone. We pray that the Holy Spirit will convict each one where there has been lying, cruelty, or abuse, that they would stop speaking falsehood, take responsibility for what is true, and turn to Christ in repentance. We pray that arrogance and anger would be broken, and that hatred would give way to truth.

We pray for the residents of that house and for all who have heard these accusations, that they may see clearly and not be led by rumor. We thank God that the police have seen your innocence and have told you that you are free to go, and that others in your present house believed you when you showed them the documentation and photos. We pray that those who bear responsibility for investigation will act with wisdom and impartiality, that false accusation will be recognized as such, and that no idle word or false charge will stand. Scripture warns us that we will give an account for every idle word, and that to judge or to accuse falsely harms the one who speaks as well as the one spoken against. The Lord knows when charges are whispered in private out of fear or malice, and He is the true Judge who will refute what is false and bring what is true into the open.

In the meantime we encourage you to continue to walk in the light, to keep close to Christ, to read the Scriptures as you have been doing, and to seek peace where it is possible without compromising truth. Keep careful records as you have done, use lawful and orderly means to seek protection and justice, and do not repay insult with insult. Cast your anxiety on the Lord, who frees those who trust Him from rivalry and plotting and the fear of false accusation, and ask Him to keep you from bitterness while you wait for His deliverance.

We pray now: Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, who alone is our salvation, look upon Your servant who has suffered fear, pain, and slander. Reveal what is hidden, vindicate what is true, and let perfect justice be done in Your time and way. Protect him from further harm and from the power of lies. Touch the hearts of those who have done wrong, that they may confess, repent, and be changed. Give to all a love of truth, and guard our lips from idle and abusive words. Grant peace to the troubled, comfort to the wounded, and let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Amen.
