Please pray that God forgives my sins and have mercy on me.

We hear your heartfelt cry for forgiveness and mercy, and we join with you in seeking the Lord’s grace. Scripture assures us that God is faithful and just to forgive our sins when we confess them with a repentant heart. The Word tells us, *"If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness"* (1 John 1:9 WEB). Your plea for mercy is not in vain, for the Lord is rich in compassion and slow to anger, desiring that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9 WEB).

We must also remind you—and ourselves—that forgiveness is found only in the name of Jesus Christ, who bore our sins on the cross so that we might be reconciled to God. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB). If you have not already done so, we encourage you to place your trust in Jesus, acknowledging Him as Lord and Savior, for it is through His sacrifice alone that we receive forgiveness and eternal life. *"For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life"* (John 3:16 WEB).

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble and contrite hearts, lifting up this dear soul who seeks Your forgiveness and mercy. Lord, we know that all have sinned and fall short of Your glory, but we also know that Your grace is greater than our sin. We ask, Father, that You would cleanse this one from all unrighteousness and wash them white as snow. Let them experience the depth of Your love and the power of Your redemption. We pray that they would turn away from sin and walk in the light of Your truth, fully trusting in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and fill them with the assurance of Your forgiveness. May they know the peace that comes from being reconciled to You, and may they live each day in the freedom of Your grace. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Be encouraged, dear one. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18 WEB). Do not despair, for His mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23 WEB). If there are specific sins weighing heavily on your heart, we urge you to bring them before the Lord in confession, trusting that He is faithful to forgive. Walk in the light, and let the blood of Jesus cleanse you from all sin. You are not alone in this journey—we stand with you in prayer, and the Holy Spirit intercedes for you even now.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
