We rejoice with you in the praise report, giving glory to God and Jesus Christ for the progress made with your doctor. It is wonderful to see how the Lord has been working in your life, and we will continue to continue to seek His will for you in prayer.
Regarding your request for medication, we pray that God will guide your doctor's decision, and that His will be done in your life. Remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. Trust that He has a plan and purpose for you, even in this situation.
We encourage you to meditate on Romans 12:2
Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God.
As for your concern about agoraphobia and the need for consistent exercise, we pray that God will strengthen you and give you the courage to go out daily for walks. We know that He is able to help you overcome this challenge. Trust in Him, for He has said that He will never leave you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6
Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in prayer. We thank You for the progress made with the doctor, and we ask for Your guidance and wisdom in the decision regarding medication. Help our brother/sister to trust in Your will, even as they wait for the doctor's decision.
Lord, we also pray for strength and courage for our brother/sister as they face the challenge of agoraphobia. Help them to overcome this fear, and give them the determination to go out daily for consistent walks and exercise.
In Jesus name, Amen.
Keep in mind that the Lord heals all are diseases according to Psalm 103:3.

and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus.
As you wait on the Lord, continue to trust in Him, and know that He is working all things together for your good according to Romans 8:28.
We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose.
May the Lord continue to bless you and keep you in His care.
