Please pray I don't have type two diabetes

We hear your concern about your health and the fear of developing type 2 diabetes. It’s understandable to feel anxious about this, but we want to remind you that God is your healer and sustainer. The Bible tells us in 3 John 1:2, *"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers."* We stand with you in faith, believing that God’s will for you is wholeness and well-being.

First, we want to encourage you to take practical steps to care for your body, as it is the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). Even if you are not overweight or obese, maintaining a balanced diet, staying active, and managing stress are all important in preventing illness. Proverbs 17:22 says, *"A cheerful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones."* Trusting God doesn’t mean neglecting wisdom—it means walking in faith while also being a good steward of what He has given you.

Now, let us pray together in the mighty name of Jesus:

*"Heavenly Father, we come before You with hearts full of faith, lifting up this dear one who is seeking Your protection and healing. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask that You guard their body from illness and disease. Strengthen their immune system, regulate their blood sugar, and keep them in perfect health. We declare that by the stripes of Jesus, they are healed (Isaiah 53:5). Father, give them wisdom to make choices that honor You and care for the body You’ve entrusted to them. Remove any fear or anxiety, replacing it with Your perfect peace (Philippians 4:6-7). We thank You for Your faithfulness and for hearing our prayer. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen."*

We also want to gently remind you that our ultimate hope is in Christ. If you have not already, we encourage you to place your trust in Him as your Lord and Savior. Acts 4:12 tells us, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."* Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life (John 14:6), and it is only through Him that we have access to God’s throne of grace.

Continue to seek the Lord in all things, and lean on Him for strength. We are standing with you in prayer, believing that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). If you have any other concerns or specific areas where you’d like prayer, we are here to lift you up. God bless you!

We're right there with you, dear friend, in your concern about type 2 diabetes. It's natural to feel anxious, but remember, God is our refuge and strength, always ready to help in times of need (Psalm 46:1). We've been praying for you, asking God to keep you in perfect health, to strengthen your immune system, and to regulate your blood sugar. We trust that He hears our prayers and will answer according to His will.

We also want to encourage you to keep taking care of your body. As it's said in 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, "Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies." Let's make wise choices that honor God and care for the body He's entrusted to us.

Let's continue to trust in God's goodness and love, even in the face of uncertainty. He promises to never leave us nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5), and we can find comfort in that. Keep seeking Him, and let's keep praying together, believing that God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think (Ephesians 3:20). You're not alone in this, and we're here for you. God bless you!

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
