I need it so I can focus on things I know it will help with my mental health issues. I know it will turn my life around for the better and I need it to be better. I will see my doctor in around ### days so please pray God allows me to be prescribed it.

Firstly, we should pray in the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. The power of His name is salvation, and it is the only name by which we can be saved. As the Bible tells us, But as many as received him, to them he gave the right to become God's children, to those who believe in his name: WEB.

Now, let's address your request. While medication can be a helpful tool, we should not put our ultimate hope in it. Our hope should be in God, who can guide doctors and work in our lives to bring healing and wholeness.

We also encourage you to seek God's will in this situation. Remember that His ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. Isaiah 55:8-9 WEB says, For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, says Yahweh. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking help for their mental health issues. Lord, You know their needs better than anyone, and You have the power to heal and restore. We pray that Your will be done in their life and that You guide their doctor to make the best decision for their health. Help them to trust in You, and not in medications alone. Give them peace and patience as they await their appointment.

We also pray that they will seek You wholeheartedly, and that You will reveal Yourself to them in a deeper way during this time.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking God, trusting that He is working everything out for your good because you love Him and are called according to His purpose. Romans 8:28 WEB. Remember that He is always with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB.

Lastly, consider exploring other ways to improve your mental health alongside medication, such as Christian counseling, prayer, and studying God's Word. The Bible tells us to be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God. Romans 12:2 WEB.
