Thank you for reaching out with this honest prayer. It is good to bring every need before the Lord, your comfort, your health, your daily work, your sense of guilt, and your desire for a clean heart and life. God hears and He cares about each of these things.
The deepest part of your request is for forgiveness and for a clean heart and body. Scripture pictures sin like leprosy, a disease that no human effort could cure. Yet in Leviticus 14 God gave a law for the leper in the day of his cleansing. That was remarkable because leprosy had no human cure. God was making room within His own law for His grace to work in a supernatural way. The priest was to go outside the camp to the outcast. That whole ritual was a picture of what Jesus Christ would do for us. Only God can cleanse us from sin and bring us back into fellowship with Himself. Your greatest need, and the greatest need of every person, is to have sins forgiven. That comes only through faith in Jesus Christ, by the grace of God. When you come to Him in repentance and ask for forgiveness, He cleanses and pardons. The guilt and burden can be rolled away, and you can know peace with God. That inward cleansing is primary, and everything else rests on it.
You also asked for health without any illness every day and every moment. The Lord does have power over the physical realm. The gospels show Jesus healing a man with leprosy, healing the servant of a centurion, healing Peter's mother in law, and healing many others who were brought to Him. Matthew connects that healing ministry to the prophecy of Isaiah that He bore our sicknesses, showing that the suffering of Christ touches both spiritual and physical healing. We can and should ask God for healing, and we should leave room for Him to work, even in cases that seem incurable. He is sovereign and sometimes He works in response to faith and sometimes He works apart from it, according to His wisdom. At the same time, the Bible does not promise perfect health without any sickness at every moment in this life. The apostle John wrote to Gaius that he wished above all things that he would prosper and be in health even as his soul prospers. That is a loving wish and prayer, not a guarantee of constant perfect health, but it does show a real connection between the health of the soul and the well being of the body. God cares for your body, and physical cleanliness and care matter for good health, but true wholeness begins with a prospering soul that walks closely with Jesus.

Whatever He does for you comes because of His kindness through Christ. He also wants to work in you before He works through you. Often when He is shaping us and removing rough edges, the process feels hard and we do not understand it. Difficult work and testing can be part of how He forms your character, teaches you to trust Him, and prepares you for what He wants to do through your life. You can count on Him to be with you and to comfort you in those pressures, to give wisdom for each task, and to provide what you need day by day as you depend on Him.
Let us pray for you. Father, we bring this dear one before You in the name of Jesus Christ. Thank You that You have made provision for cleansing from sin through the blood of Jesus. Grant repentance and faith, forgive all sin and guilt, and make the heart clean and new by Your Holy Spirit. Comfort this heart with Your presence, supply daily needs according to Your grace, and lay Your healing hand upon the body according to Your sovereign will. Give strength and wisdom for difficult work, and help each task to be done faithfully for Your glory. Cause the soul to prosper in fellowship with You, and bring peace that rests in Your love and forgiveness. In Jesus name, amen.
