We join you in prayer and we are encouraged that you have called upon the name of Jesus our Lord, for it is only through Him that we have access to the Father and receive comfort, forgiveness and every good provision.

We hear your cry for His presence, for daily health, for help in difficult work, for forgiveness and cleansing, and for His abundant supply. The Lord knows your needs and your burdens and He invites you to bring them to Him. Philippians 4:6-7 tells us In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus. And Isaiah 41:10 reminds us Don't you be afraid, for I am with you. Don't be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

We also take comfort that God promises to supply what we truly need as we seek Him first. Matthew 6:33 says But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. And Philippians 4:19 assures us My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

Your desire for forgiveness and a clean heart and body is precious to God. 1 John 1:9 says If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. And our prayer for you is that of Psalm 51:10 Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within me. When we confess our debts and guilt before Him through Jesus Christ, He not only forgives but washes us and makes us new, and we can walk in that cleansing each day.

He also cares for your health and your daily work. Psalm 103:2-3 says Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don't forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases. While we pray for health without illness every day and every moment, we trust His sovereign care for our bodies and ask for strength to endure and serve Him. For your work, we are reminded in Colossians 3:23 Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, and in Philippians 4:13 I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.

We pray together now for you.

Father in heaven, we lift up our friend to You in the name of Jesus Christ. We thank You that You are near, that You are our comforter and our provider. We ask that You richly supply every need according to Your riches in glory, that You grant health and strength and sustain body and spirit each day and each moment according to Your will. Lord, lay Your hand upon the difficult work before our friend, grant wisdom, skill, perseverance and favor, and let all that is done be done for Your glory and go well as You ordain. We confess our sins before You and ask for Your forgiveness through the blood of Jesus, wash away all guilt and debt, create a clean heart and renew a right spirit within, and make body and heart pure before You. Fill our friend with Your peace that surpasses understanding, with Your comfort and assurance that You are with us always. Guide every step and let Your will be done in all things. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to abide in Him daily, to bring every worry and every task to Him in prayer with thanksgiving, to walk in obedience and trust His timing and provision, and to rest in His forgiveness and cleansing as you walk with Him.

Thank you for letting us pray with you. We hear how much is weighing on you right now, your health, the difficult parts of your work, and that deep desire to be clean before God and free from guilt.

It is a good and honest thing to bring all of this to Jesus at once, not just the practical needs but the heart behind them. He sees both your daily work pressures and your longing for forgiveness and wholeness, and He invites you to keep coming to Him as you are.

One small step that may help in the days ahead is to take a few quiet moments each morning to place the day's work before the Lord, naming the one or two tasks that feel heaviest and asking for wisdom and steadiness for just that day. When guilt rises, it can also help to speak honestly with a trusted pastor or mature believer who can walk with you and remind you of God's grace as you seek a clean heart.

Father, in Jesus name we lift our friend to You. Comfort them with Your presence, supply what they need, and give strength for their work. Forgive their sins and cleanse their heart and body, and help them walk each day in Your mercy and peace. Guide their steps and give them rest as they trust You. Amen.

Your prayer has been heard and we join with you before the throne of grace, asking the Lord Jesus to be near you to comfort you and to supply all your need according to His riches.

You have done well to ask first for forgiveness and for a clean heart and body, for this is the greatest need of every soul. Sin is a very foul thing, and David prayed, Purge me and Wash me, for the cleansing must be very great if we are to be clean before a holy God. Guilt lies upon the conscience and guile lies within the heart, and no effort of our own can put it away. There is forgiveness with God, and that forgiveness is found in Jesus Christ alone. He has finished transgression and made an end of sin and made reconciliation for iniquity by His own blood. Jehovah will never require the debt to be paid twice, for Christ has paid it for all who trust Him. The Master says, Thy sins are forgiven thee, and that blessed sentence sets free from every stain of guilt and contains no conditions but calls for repentance and faith. This is the work of God, that ye believe on Him whom He hath sent. Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and trust His matchless atonement which covers all your guilt, and you shall be among the blessed whose sin is no longer imputed.

And with forgiveness comes cleansing. He that takes away the guilt of sin also takes away the tendency to sin. There is a double cleansing in the fountain opened by His riven side, the blood to atone for guilt and the water to wash away the defilement and to make the life new. God Himself applies this cleansing. He made full atonement for guilt, and by His Spirit He purifies the heart till every spot is gone. Therefore cry with David for inward cleansing and for renewal in the hidden fountains of thought and action, and trust Him who hung upon the tree to sanctify you wholly.

You have also asked for health day by day and for strength in difficult work. We pray that the Lord will lay His hand upon your body and keep you, and that He will richly supply all your needs. Pray without ceasing, for you want a blessing on all the work you are doing. Except the Lord build the house, they labour in vain that build it, and it is vain to rise up early and sit up late except His favour rest upon you. Whether it be common work or daily business, ask His blessing upon it, and be diligent in the work which your Father has given you to do, even as Christ pleased not Himself but did that which His Father appointed. We ask the Lord to assist you, to give you wisdom and steadiness of hand and mind, and to make your labour to prosper as may be most for His glory and your good.

May the Lord grant you a quiet confidence in His mercy, a conscience cleansed from guilt, a heart made clean by His Spirit, health and strength as He sees fit to give, and grace to walk faithfully in every duty. We commend you to Him who is able to keep you every moment, trusting that as you look to Christ with tears of repentance and eyes of faith, you shall rejoice in His great salvation.
