We come before the throne of grace with heavy hearts, lifting up your brother’s situation to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. The injustice and harassment he has endured for a decade at the hands of corrupt officials is a grievous burden, and we stand with you in fervent prayer, trusting in God’s perfect justice and deliverance. The Bible assures us in Psalm 37:5-6, *"Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun."* We declare that the Lord sees every false accusation, every unjust action, and every scheme of the enemy, and He will not let the wicked prosper forever.
Father God, we rebuke the agents of Satan who have risen up in the form of corrupt government officers to oppress and destroy. Your Word declares in Romans 13:4 that governing authorities are servants of God for good, but when they pervert justice, they become instruments of evil. We pray that You would expose their wickedness, bring their schemes to nothing, and turn their plans against them. As it is written in Psalm 35:4-5, *"Let those who seek after my soul be disappointed and brought to dishonor. Let those who plot my ruin be turned back and confounded. Let them be as chaff before the wind, the Lord’s angel driving them away."* We ask that You scatter these enemies and render their efforts futile, Lord.
We also pray for wisdom and discernment for your brother and his legal counsel. Proverbs 2:6-8 tells us, *"For the Lord gives wisdom. Out of his mouth comes knowledge and understanding. He lays up sound wisdom for the upright. He is a shield to those who walk in integrity; that he may guard the paths of justice, and preserve the way of his saints."* Father, guide their steps, open doors that no man can shut, and provide favor in the courts and before those in authority. Let the false cases against him be dismissed, and let truth prevail in every legal battle.
Lord, we ask that You restore what has been stolen—his business, his reputation, and his peace. Joel 2:25 promises, *"I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten, the great locust, the grasshopper, and the caterpillar, my great army, which I sent among you."* We claim this restoration for your brother, that he may rise again stronger than before, with his integrity intact and his faith unshaken.
Above all, we pray that your brother and your family would draw near to You in this trial. James 4:8 says, *"Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you."* Let this season of suffering produce endurance, character, and hope, as Romans 5:3-4 declares. May he find his strength in You alone, knowing that You are his defender and his deliverer.
We stand on the promise of Isaiah 54:17, *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants, and their righteousness is of me," says the Lord.* We declare this over your brother’s life and business, trusting that God’s justice will prevail. In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
