We hear your heartfelt cry to the Lord Jesus, and we join you in seeking His forgiveness, blessing, and guidance. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father, and it is by His blood that we are forgiven and made new. As it is written in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We are grateful that you have called upon the name of Jesus, for He alone is the way, the truth, and the life.
Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear one who seeks Your forgiveness and guidance. Lord, we thank You for the blood of Jesus that washes away all sin. We pray that You would cleanse their heart and mind, and help them to walk in the freedom and victory that is found in Christ. We ask that You would bless them abundantly, providing for their every need according to Your riches in glory.
Heavenly Father, we ask that You would guide their path and help them to choose the future that You have planned for them. Your Word tells us in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." We pray that You would reveal Your perfect will to them and give them the wisdom and courage to follow it.
Lord, we also lift up their work to You. We ask that You would assist them in their tasks and help them to overcome any difficulties they may be facing. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me." We pray that You would strengthen them and give them the skills and resources they need to succeed. Help them to be a light in their workplace, shining the love and truth of Jesus Christ.
We also want to encourage you, dear one, to seek the Lord with all your heart and to trust in Him with all your ways. Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight." As you seek the Lord, He will direct your steps and lead you into the future He has prepared for you.
We pray that you would also be surrounded by godly counsel and fellowship. Proverbs 11:14 tells us, "Where there is no counsel, the people fall, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety." Seek out those who can speak truth into your life and encourage you in your walk with the Lord.
Lastly, we want to remind you that your ultimate purpose is to glorify God and enjoy Him forever. As you seek His will in your work and your future, keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith. Hebrews 12:2 tells us, "Looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God."
May the Lord bless you and keep you; may the Lord make His face to shine on you and be gracious to you; may the Lord lift up His countenance on you and give you peace. In the precious name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
