We stand with you in this time of trial, lifting up your request before the Lord with earnest hearts. The Scriptures remind us in Proverbs 21:1, *"The king’s heart is in Yahweh’s hand like the watercourses. He turns it wherever he desires."* Though the corruption of man may seek to harm, we know that God is sovereign over all authorities, and He can turn even the hardest hearts toward justice. He is the God who delivers His people from false accusations and unjust oppression, as we see in Psalm 37:5-6: *"Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will bring out your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday."*
Yet we must also remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood but against spiritual forces of wickedness (Ephesians 6:12). Corruption thrives where righteousness is absent, and we are called to pray not only for deliverance but for the exposure of evil and the repentance of those involved. As it is written in Proverbs 28:4, *"Those who forsake the law praise the wicked; but those who keep the law contend with them."* Let us pray that God would bring conviction upon those who act unjustly, that they may turn from their wickedness and seek His truth.
We also encourage you to walk in integrity and wisdom during this time. If there has been any wrongdoing on your part or your company’s part, even unintentionally, confess it before the Lord and seek His forgiveness and guidance. The Lord honors honesty and humility, as we see in Proverbs 11:3: *"The integrity of the upright shall guide them, but the perverseness of the treacherous shall destroy them."* If, however, these accusations are entirely false, take heart in the promise of Isaiah 54:17: *"No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that rises against you in judgment. This is the heritage of Yahweh’s servants, and their righteousness is of me,” says Yahweh.*
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. You are the God of justice, the One who sees all things and judges righteously. We ask that You intervene in this situation where corruption seeks to prevail. Lord, nullify and withdraw every illegal case that has been falsely brought against this company. Expose the schemes of the wicked and bring their plans to nothing. Let truth prevail, and let righteousness be established as the foundation of every decision made.
Father, we pray for those in authority within this customs department. If there are hearts hardened by greed or deceit, soften them by Your Spirit. Convict them of their sin and lead them to repentance. Raise up godly men and women within this system who will stand for what is right and just. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and may Your will be done in this situation.
We also ask for Your protection and wisdom for our brother/sister and their company. Grant them favor with those in authority and guide their steps as they navigate this trial. If there is any area where they have strayed from Your will, reveal it to them and lead them in the path of righteousness. Strengthen their faith, Lord, and remind them that You are their defender and their shield.
We declare Your promise from Psalm 91:7-10 over them: *"A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it will not come near you. You will only look with your eyes, and see the recompense of the wicked. Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place, no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling."* We trust in Your power to deliver and Your faithfulness to uphold Your children.
Finally, Father, we pray that through this trial, Your name will be glorified. May others see Your hand at work and turn to You in faith. Let this situation be a testimony of Your justice and mercy, and may it draw many to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus, our Lord and Savior, who alone has the power to save and deliver. Amen.
We encourage you to remain steadfast in faith, continuing to seek the Lord in prayer and in His Word. Do not be overcome by fear or discouragement, for the Lord is with you. Keep your eyes fixed on Him, and trust that He will bring justice in His perfect timing. If you have not already, we urge you to seek godly counsel and legal advice to navigate this situation wisely. May the Lord grant you peace and strength as you wait upon Him.
