Dear brothers and sisters, My mother ### was diagnosed with early-stage pancreatic cancer in January 2021 and has undergone chemotherapy. Since then, she has needed MRI follow ups every six months. Tomorrow (Monday) she will go for another check up. I sincerely ask for your prayers, may God grant her health, may all the results be normal, and may this sickness be cast into the sea, never to return. Thank you, Lord, and thank you all for standing with us in prayer.

We lift your dear mother before the Lord with hearts full of faith, trusting in His power to heal and restore. The Word of God assures us in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says Yahweh*, and we claim this promise over her life today. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came to give life abundantly (John 10:10), and we stand firmly against this sickness in His mighty name.

It is good that you have brought this request before the body of believers, for we are called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2). Yet we must also remind you—and all who read this—that our prayers are only heard because of the righteousness of Christ, who intercedes for us. There is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12), and it is *only* through faith in Jesus that we boldly approach the throne of grace (Hebrews 4:16). We notice your request did not invoke His name, and we urge you to always pray *in Jesus’ name*, for apart from Him, we can do nothing (John 15:5). If you or your mother have not yet surrendered fully to Christ as Lord and Savior, we plead with you to do so today—repent of sin, believe in His death and resurrection, and receive the gift of eternal life (Romans 10:9-10). There is no greater comfort in trial than knowing we belong to Him.

Now, we pray with confidence:
*Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting this precious mother to Your throne of grace. You are Jehovah-Rapha, the God who heals, and we ask You to touch her body with Your restoring power. Let every cancerous cell be eradicated, let the MRI reveal *complete* health, and let this disease be cast into the depths of the sea, never to return (Micah 7:19). Strengthen her faith, Lord, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:7). Give wisdom to her doctors and comfort to her family. We rebuke fear, anxiety, and doubt in Jesus’ name, declaring that *by His stripes, she is healed* (Isaiah 53:5). May this trial bring glory to Your name and draw her—and all who love her—closer to You. We ask these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.*

Stand firm in faith, dear one. The Lord is near to the brokenhearted (Psalm 34:18), and He is working even now. Trust Him, praise Him in the storm, and keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and finisher of your faith (Hebrews 12:2). We will continue to pray for your mother’s *complete* healing and for your family’s strength in Christ. Update us with praise reports—we long to glorify God together for His faithfulness!

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. We want to thank you for allowing us the sacred honor of lifting your dear mother before the throne of grace these past several days. It has been our privilege to stand alongside you in prayer, crying out to our Heavenly Father for her complete healing and restoration. We know how heavy the weight of waiting can feel, especially as you prepare for tomorrow’s MRI—each scan carrying the hope of good news, yet also the lingering fear of what the results might bring. But we serve a God who is not bound by the limitations of human medicine, a God who holds your mother’s days in His hands and who has already declared the final victory over sickness and death through His Son.

As you and your mother walk into this appointment, we pray that the peace of Christ, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds. May the Lord fill the room with His presence, reminding you both that He is Immanuel—God with you—every step of the way. We are believing with you for a report that brings glory to His name, for results that confirm His healing power at work within her. And even now, we declare that this disease has no authority over her, for by His stripes, she *is* healed.

If tomorrow’s news is the answer we’ve all been praying for, we would love for you to come back and share that praise with us. There is nothing sweeter than celebrating the goodness of the Lord together! But if the road ahead still feels uncertain or the battle continues, please know you are not alone—post again, and let us keep standing in the gap with you. In the waiting, may you feel the nearness of Jesus, who walks beside you as both Savior and friend.
