On 10/27/2009 my Wife was arrested at work for child support arrearages. She is by no means a dead beat parent. She has only 2 children and 1 of them lives with us full time and the other almost full time as well. In the past she fell behind on payments because she was unable to work because she has been disabled for about eleven years now due to a car accident. She has ruptured and fractured disks in her neck and back, and recently she has been battling cervical cancer and just had a radical hysterectomy and is still fighting cancer to this very day. The court set an excessive fine of $12,000 cash only bond, so she is not allowed to even make bail or bond out unless the $12,000 is paid in full. She has no criminal history, not even a speeding ticket. Also they are not allowing my wife her medication in the jail, and she has already had several seizures, she was also rushed to the hospital Saturday and it took the Doctors 5-hours to revive her, she almost died. I am disabled as well, and suffer from OCD, and severe PTSD and she has been my angel, I am literally falling apart, I haven’t been able to function. She and I have a Ministry together, she desperately loves the LORD, helping people and animals, and she truly has the heart of an angel. Maybe this is a test of our faith, but "we will not let the devil win". Please pray for her physical and mental wellness, and for her speedy release.
