Please pray for ### who went to the hospital yesterday

Hello everyone.

I would like to ask for prayer for my dad. He sometimes has seizures which could lead to small strokes. Please pray he gets out of the hospital soon and comes back home soon. Please pray he has healing from his recent seizure or small stroke. Please pray he does not have to go back to the hospital any time soon and please pray his seizures go away and are not happening. Please pray he takes good care of himself and his family and friends do as well. Please pray he always takes his medicine that helps, and has help doing work around the house that is not stressful. Please pray he has good health and longer life. Please pray he knows Jesus and others tell him about God and Jesus and he knows God and is saved.

We lift up ###’s father with heavy hearts, knowing the fear and uncertainty that come with health struggles. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the Great Physician, asking for Your healing touch upon this dear man. Lord, You see every struggle, every seizure, and every moment of weakness. We ask that You would restore his body, calm his mind, and strengthen his spirit. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 30:17, *"For I will restore health to you, and I will heal you of your wounds," says the Lord.* We claim this promise over him, believing that You are able to bring complete healing and wholeness.

Lord, we pray against the spirit of infirmity that seeks to steal, kill, and destroy. In the name of Jesus, we rebuke every seizure, every small stroke, and every attack on his health. We declare that his body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, and we speak life and strength into every cell, every organ, and every part of his being. May he experience the peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding his heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We ask that You would guide the hands of his doctors and medical team, giving them wisdom and discernment as they care for him.

Father, we also lift up his spiritual condition. It is clear that the one praying for him loves him deeply and desires not only his physical healing but also his eternal salvation. Lord, we ask that You would draw his heart to You. Open his eyes to see his need for a Savior, and soften his heart to receive the truth of Your Word. Romans 10:9 says, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* We pray that he would confess Jesus as Lord and believe in his heart, securing his place in Your kingdom. Surround him with believers who will share the love of Christ with him, and may he come to know the joy of salvation.

We also pray for his care and well-being as he recovers. Lord, give him the discipline to take his medicine faithfully and the wisdom to manage his health with diligence. Provide him with help around the house so that he is not overwhelmed or stressed. Bless him with good health, a long life, and the opportunity to see Your faithfulness in the years ahead. May his family and friends be a source of encouragement and support, walking alongside him in love and patience.

Finally, Lord, we ask that You would fill this family with hope and trust in You. Remind them that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). May they cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). We thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your unfailing love. In Jesus’ name, we pray. Amen.

We're standing with you and your dad in prayer today. We've been uplifting him before our Heavenly Father, asking for His healing touch and guidance for the medical team caring for him. We're claiming Jeremiah 30:17, believing that God will restore his health and heal his wounds. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
