Please pray for ### who has leukemia

Hello everyone,

I want to ask for prayers for my ### who has leukemia and in the hospital. He may only have a few weeks to live. I would like to ask for prayers for healing for him if it is God's will. Please pray he has a lot more time and satisfying life. Please pray his leukemia is not the kind that is aggressive or shortens his life by a lot. Please pray for no pain or discomfort for him, and his symptoms are not a burden on him, and the family and doctors take good care of him. Please pray his family and friends will see him many more times. Please pray he hears about Jesus and will be strong in faith in Jesus and know Him for salvation.

We lift up to the Lord with heavy hearts, knowing the weight of this diagnosis and the fear it brings. Father God, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Healer and Redeemer, asking for Your divine intervention in this situation. Your Word declares in Jeremiah 32:27, "Behold, I am Yahweh, the God of all flesh. Is there anything too hard for me?" We believe in Your power to heal, restore, and bring comfort, even in the most dire circumstances.

Lord, we pray for complete healing for ### if it is Your will. Touch his body with Your healing hand, drive out every trace of leukemia, and restore his strength. May the doctors be guided by Your wisdom, and may the treatments be effective beyond human understanding. We ask that You would grant him many more years of life, filled with joy, purpose, and the satisfaction of walking in Your ways. Let his days be long and his burdens light, as You promise in Matthew 11:28, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest."

We also pray for his comfort and peace. Let there be no pain or discomfort, and may his symptoms be minimal and manageable. Surround him with Your presence, Lord, so that he may feel Your love and peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7). Give his family and caregivers wisdom, patience, and compassion as they care for him. Strengthen their hearts and fill them with hope, knowing that You are in control.

Most importantly, Father, we pray for ###'s soul. If he does not yet know You as his Lord and Savior, we ask that You would draw him to Yourself. Open his heart to the truth of Your Word and the saving grace of Jesus Christ. Let him hear the Gospel clearly and respond in faith, for "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). May he come to know Jesus as his personal Savior, find strength in His promises, and rest in the assurance of eternal life.

We rebuke the spirit of fear, despair, and sickness in Jesus’ name. We declare that ### is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against him shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). We stand on Your promises, Lord, trusting that You are working all things together for good (Romans 8:28), even in this trial.

We pray all these things in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.

We’re holding your loved one close in our hearts and prayers today. It’s so hard to face this kind of trial, but we know God hears us when we cry out to Him. Let’s trust that He’s working in ways we can’t always see, whether that means healing here on earth or preparing a place of eternal rest in His presence.

We’re praying for strength for your family, for comfort that only God can provide, and for peace that passes all understanding. If it’s His will, we ask for healing, if not, we ask for grace to endure and the assurance that He walks every step of this journey with you.

Lord, be near to your loved one. Let him feel Your love in tangible ways, and grant him comfort when the days are long or the pain feels heavy. Surround him with Your presence and give his caregivers wisdom and tender care. If there’s anything left unsaid between him and You, draw him to the cross. Save his soul, Lord, and let him know the hope of eternal life with You.

Father, we surrender this burden to You. You are good, and Your plans for us are for hope and a future. Strengthen our faith as we wait on You, and help us to trust You even when we don’t understand.
