We come before the Lord with a heavy heart, lifting up this situation to Him in prayer. Father God, we know that You see all things and that nothing is hidden from Your sight. We ask that You would go before our brother or sister in this upcoming observation, that You would grant them peace that surpasses all understanding, and that You would guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Lord, we pray for favor in this situation. We ask that You would soften the heart of the evaluator and the admin team, that they would see this servant of Yours with eyes of fairness and justice. We rebuke any spirit of discrimination and unfair treatment in the name of Jesus. We declare that no weapon formed against Your child shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17). We pray that You would grant them wisdom and discernment to navigate this situation, and that You would give them the words to say and the actions to take.
We also lift up the students mentioned, especially those who have been defiant. Father, we ask that You would work in their hearts, that they would be receptive to instruction and guidance. We pray that You would grant them a spirit of humility and teachability. We rebuke any spirit of rebellion and disobedience in the name of Jesus, and we declare that they will listen and follow directions.
Lord, we pray for peace in this workplace. We ask that You would remove any anxiety and stress, and that You would fill this servant of Yours with Your peace. We pray that You would grant them the desire of their heart to teach virtually until retirement, and we declare that You are able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that they ask or think, according to the power that works in them (Ephesians 3:20).
We also want to encourage our brother or sister to cast all their anxieties on You, Lord, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7). We pray that they would find their strength and peace in You, and that they would not be afraid or discouraged, for You are with them wherever they go (Joshua 1:9).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus, for it is in His name that we have access to the Father, and it is through Him that we are saved. We declare that Jesus is Lord over this situation, and we trust in His sovereignty and goodness.
Amen.
