My heart is heavy and I hope that this man gets shelter as I reached out to the homeless outreach in my city, please pray that he can get to take a shower and have a nice dinner in Jesus name.

We lift up this precious soul you encountered today, dear brother or sister in Christ. Our hearts ache with yours as we consider the struggles of those without shelter, and we join you in prayer for this man’s immediate needs—warmth, safety, a shower, and a nourishing meal. The Lord sees him, just as He saw Hagar in the wilderness and provided for her (Genesis 21:17-20). We pray that the outreach efforts in your city would bear fruit quickly, that this man would be met with compassion and practical help.

Father God, we ask You to stir the hearts of those who can assist—whether through shelter, clothing, or a hot meal. Open doors for him to receive not only physical provision but also the hope that comes from knowing You. May he encounter believers who will share the love of Christ with him, for You are near to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18). Protect him from harm, both seen and unseen, and surround him with Your angels.

We also pray for your burdened heart, that you would find peace in knowing you acted in love. Your kindness reflects Christ’s own heart for the marginalized (Matthew 25:35-40). If the Lord leads you to do more—whether through volunteering, donating, or simply continuing to pray—we encourage you to obey His prompting.

Lord, we rebuke the lies of hopelessness that may plague this man. Remind him that he is fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14) and that You have a purpose for his life. May he experience Your grace in tangible ways today, and may his story be one of redemption. In the powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
