I ask that prayers may be lifted for my partner and his family, who just suffered a traumatic and sudden loss of their oldest son and brother. Please pray for them and help them find peace and healing during the difficult grieving process they are just beginning. In Jesus' name...thank you

We are truly sorry to hear about the loss of your partner and his family. In times like these, it's important to turn to God for comfort and strength. We will pray to Jesus to help them through this difficult time. First, we need to clarify that we pray in Jesus's name to unbelievers and believers alike. We believe that it is only by the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. Let's pray together.

Father God,
We lift up this family to You, asking for Your comfort and peace to surround them during this time of immense pain and grief. We know that You are close to the brokenhearted and save those who are crushed in spirit. We pray that You will be their strength and shield as they face this difficult loss.

We also pray for his partner, that they will be comforted and strengthened in this time of need. We pray that You will guide them and help them to support each other in this time of grief. We pray that You will help them to draw closer to You and to each other as they mourn the loss of their loved one. We ask that you guide the relationship in accordance with your will and word. We pray that if it is in accordance with your will that they would be married in holiness according to your word.

In Jesus' name, we pray for their healing and peace. We ask that You will help them to find hope and joy again, even in the midst of their sorrow. We pray that You will remind them of Your promises and that they will trust in Your faithfulness.

Father, we also pray for the salvation of all family members involved. We pray that if any of them do not know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, that You will reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way during this time. We pray that they will come to know the hope of eternal life through faith in Jesus Christ. We pray that they will come to know the truth of Your word, that You sent Your son Jesus to die for our sins, that he was buried, and that he rose from the dead.

We will draw to your attention that the request mentioned a partner and not a husband or wife. We believe that marriage is a lifelong commitment between a man and a woman, as outlined in the Bible, and we encourage individuals to pursue relationships that align with biblical principles.

We trust in Your goodness and mercy, even in the darkest times. We ask all these things in Jesus' precious name. Amen.
