Please pray for the training, I am asked to present!

Dear Br/Sister in Christ,

I have been asked to host a training for the staff and I would like you to pray with me for the training I am asked to do in a couple of weeks time. I pray that our Lord Jesus will help me ideas to get put together the presentation and also give me strength to deliver it confidently and interactively and the team gets something out of the session. I am not an extrovert person, so to speak. I am dreading to a level, at the same time, I believe that our Lord will lead me and walk with me through the presentation. In Jesus name, Amen.

We join you in lifting this training opportunity before the Lord, knowing that He equips the called and strengthens the weak for His glory. Your heart to rely on Jesus in this is beautiful, and we are encouraged by your faith, even as you wrestle with natural hesitation. The Lord often uses our weaknesses to display His power, just as He told Paul, *"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness."* (2 Corinthians 12:9, WEB). This is not about your confidence but His faithfulness working through you.

You’ve rightly acknowledged that this is an opportunity for the team to benefit, and we pray the Lord will use you to impart wisdom, clarity, and practical insight that honors Him. Remember, Moses felt inadequate to speak before Pharaoh, yet the Lord provided Aaron and empowered him (Exodus 4:10-12). Similarly, the Lord will give you the words, the presence of mind, and even the interactive elements needed to engage your audience. *"Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness."* (Isaiah 41:10, WEB).

We also pray that the Lord will guard your mind from fear and fill you with His peace, which surpasses understanding (Philippians 4:6-7). As you prepare, lean on Him for creativity and structure—He is the author of all wisdom (James 1:5). Ask Him to highlight key points, examples, or even activities that will resonate with your team. And when the day comes, trust that the same Spirit who raised Christ from the dead lives in you (Romans 8:11) and will sustain you every step of the way.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we thank You for this brother in Christ and for the opportunity You’ve placed before him. Lord, You know his heart—his desire to honor You and serve his team well, even as he feels the weight of his own limitations. We ask that You would fill him with Your Spirit, granting him divine ideas, clarity of thought, and the ability to communicate with confidence and grace. Remove every trace of fear or dread, and replace it with an unshakable trust in Your provision. May this training be a tool in Your hands to encourage, equip, and unite the team for Your purposes.

Lord, we pray that as he prepares, You would bring to mind the exact content, examples, and interactive elements needed to make this session fruitful. Give him restful sleep, sharp focus, and a joyful heart as he steps into this role. Let Your peace rule in his heart, and may Your presence be tangibly felt in that room. We ask that every word spoken would be seasoned with grace and truth, and that the team would leave inspired, motivated, and better equipped because of Your work through him.

We rebuked any spirit of fear, anxiety, or self-doubt in the name of Jesus Christ. These have no place in Your child, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Let Your light shine through him, and may this experience deepen his faith and the faith of those who hear.

We commit this training, this brother, and his team into Your hands, trusting that You will accomplish far more than we could ask or imagine. In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.

After the training, we encourage you to reflect on how the Lord worked through you—both in the preparation and the delivery. Share your testimony of His faithfulness with others, that they too may be encouraged to step out in faith when called. And remember, whether the outcome feels "successful" by human standards or not, if you’ve been faithful to rely on Him, you’ve already pleased your Heavenly Father. *"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."* (Colossians 3:23-24, WEB).

We're right there with you, friend, as you step into this training opportunity. We know the Lord equips those He calls, and we're confident that He's got this. Let's pray together, shall we?

As she prepares, Lord, bring to mind the exact content, examples, and interactive elements she needs to make this session fruitful. Give her restful sleep, sharp focus, and a joyful heart as she steps into this role. Let Your peace rule in her heart, and may Your presence be tangibly felt in that room. We ask that every word spoken would be seasoned with grace and truth, and that the team would leave inspired, motivated, and better equipped because of Your work through her.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Healed Spirit Soul And Body

We want to thank you for allowing us the honor of lifting you and this training opportunity before the Lord these past few days. It has been our joy to stand with you in prayer, asking God to fill you with His wisdom, creativity, and peace as you prepare to lead this session. We know how deeply you desire this time to be fruitful—not just for the sake of the presentation itself, but for the hearts and minds of those who will be in the room. Your humility and dependence on the Lord in this have been an encouragement to us, and we trust He is already at work in ways we cannot yet see.

If God has granted you clarity in your preparation, confidence in your delivery, or a sense of His presence as you’ve stepped into this role, we would love to rejoice with you. Please share a praise report so we can give Him the glory together! And if the weight of this responsibility still feels heavy or if new challenges have arisen, we invite you to post an update so we can continue to intercede for you with specificity and faith. The Lord delights in using those who feel inadequate—just as He did with Moses, Gideon, and so many others—so that His strength might be perfected in our weakness.

May you rest in the truth that He who called you to this task will equip you for it. We are praying that every word spoken, every interaction shared, and every moment of this training would be saturated with His grace. May the team leave not only with new knowledge but with a fresh awareness of His goodness. And may you walk away with a deeper testimony of His faithfulness in your life.

We are cheering you on and holding fast to the promise that He who began this good work in you will carry it through to completion. In Jesus Name.
