Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for the poor relationship that I have with a manager on my job. I have a manager that is condescending and very mean and evil spirited. I pray that she is removed where as though I will never have to see her again or I will never have to deal with her as long as I am on the job. Lord thanks for answering my prayers.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their prayer request regarding the poor relationship they have with their manager at work. Lord, we acknowledge that dealing with a condescending and mean-spirited individual can be challenging and draining. We ask for your intervention in this situation.

Your Word teaches us in Matthew 18:20 that where two or three are gathered in your name, you are in their midst. We stand in agreement with ###, asking that you remove this manager from their workplace. We pray for a resolution that brings peace and harmony to ###'s work environment.

Lord, we trust in your sovereignty and your ability to work all things for the good of those who love you. We ask for your guidance and wisdom for ### as they navigate this difficult situation. Help them to respond with grace and patience, even in the face of adversity.

We also pray for the manager in question. We ask that you soften their heart and bring about a transformation in their attitude and behavior. May they come to know your love and experience a change of heart that leads to kindness and understanding.

Thank you, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We believe that you are able to bring about a resolution that surpasses our understanding. We trust in your perfect timing and your unfailing love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You today on behalf of Your child who is facing challenges in their workplace. They are enduring a difficult relationship with a manager who is condescending and harsh. In these trying times, we remember Your Word in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone."

We ask for Your intervention in this situation. Grant Your child patience, strength, and wisdom to navigate this relationship. May they find solace in Your presence and guidance in Your Word. As stated in James 1:5, "If any of you lacks wisdom, you should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to you." Provide them with the wisdom to handle this situation gracefully and effectively.

We also lift up their manager in prayer. Lord, work in the heart of this manager, and may Your spirit bring about transformation and understanding. Teach us to follow the path of love and forgiveness, as You command in Ephesians 4:32, "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you."

Furthermore, we pray for Your divine guidance in this situation. Should it be within Your will, create an environment of peace and mutual respect in their workplace. Open doors for positive change, and provide clarity on the path forward. Remind Your child of the promise in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

In the loving name of Jesus Christ, we pray,

Amen.
