Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who is seeking your guidance and favor in the process of purchasing their dream first home. Lord, we ask that you would intervene and bring about the acceptance of their offer. We pray for favor with the sellers and all parties involved in the decision-making process.
Father, we also ask for a smooth closing period. May every detail and paperwork be handled with efficiency and accuracy. Remove any obstacles or delays that may arise, and grant ### peace and patience throughout this process.
We are reminded of your promise in Psalm 37:4, which says, "Delight yourself in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart." We believe that you care about every aspect of our lives, including our homes and dwellings. We trust in your provision and ask for your divine intervention in this situation.
Lord, we also pray for ###'s faith to remain strong during this time of waiting. Help them to trust in your perfect timing and to find comfort in knowing that you are in control. May they continue to seek your will and guidance in all things.
