We understand your concern for your husband and we are here to support you both in prayer. We believe that God has a plan and a purpose for your husband's life, and we trust that He will guide and provide for him.
Firstly, we want to remind you of the promise in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB): "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We encourage your husband to cast all his anxieties on the Lord, knowing that He cares for him (1 Peter 5:7).
We pray, Father God, for ###'s husband. We ask that You will lift him out of this depression and anxiety that he is experiencing. We pray that You will give him the motivation and strength to step out of the Eagle Star business and start his own, according to Your will. We ask that You will open doors of opportunity for him and provide for all his needs according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).
We also want to address that the request did not mention the name of Jesus. We believe that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). We encourage you both to put your trust in Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
Lastly, we encourage your husband to meditate on God's word day and night, and to trust in the Lord with all his heart, leaning not on his own understanding. In all his ways, he should acknowledge God, and He will direct his paths (Proverbs 3:5-6).
