Dear prayer family - I come today in urgent need for prayer for a dear family friend. She has been in a somewhat rocky marriage for a number of years, often suffering verbal and mental abuses. This weekend, her husband's abuse manifested physically as he beat her with a shovel for, as he put it "not planting their flowers correctly". She has left the home and is seeking an order of protection but of course these things take time. We are certain her husband will look for her at all of her friends homes, so I ask that you please pray for safety for all involved. I pray God's peace upon her husband's heart and remorse for what he has done. I pray God can mend Lu's broken mind, body and spirit as she sorts through this terrible event and moves forward, hopefully with God's strong leading. Thank you for taking time to lift Lu in prayer...she is a very special woman and child of God.

Lord I pray for your Intervention in Lu just now Lord. Lord, I feel for her Lord, I know what she is going through, Lord. Lord, You are the only one that can Encourage her and lead her to safety, Lord. I Pray for Protection Lord, as I Trust and Believe you will Protect Lu. Give Lu strength Just now Lord, and courage, Lord. Lord, I Pray that her husband is more than remorseful Lord, for his actions, Lord. I prayed for Lu today for our Father's mighty protecting hand upon her. That she would be healed inside and out, that she would feel His love in a powerful way through the care and concern and love of her Christian friends. I prayed what the enemy meant for evil would be turned to good, as only our Awesome God can accomplish. And that this husband be brought to utter remorse for his actions and repentance before Christ.

Lord Jeus, our protector and defender, I lift up this woman who K-J has brought to us today. She needs your protection and your blessing. Lord I pray that you will send her to a safe place, away from hands that want to hurt her, away from evil influences over her husband, away from the abuses she has endured for so long. I pray a hedge of protection around her so that he can not find her and hurt her again. I know that you are for marriages but I also know that these actions are an abomination to you. I pray for deliverance on her behalf. I thank you for K-J, for her friendship to this woman, for her positive enfluence in her life. Lord, I pray for a door to open for help to meet her needs. I bind the actions of her husband. I command the evil to leave. I cast it away.

Help her to get what she needs. You know her heart and her spirit. You know how she has suffered. Help her to be strong and walk away. In your name, amen
