We are joining our hearts together to intercede for your granddaughter's safe flight home today. Let us stand in faith, knowing that God is sovereign over all circumstances, including the weather.
Let's pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister's granddaughter as she prepares to return home. Lord, You are the commander of the winds and the rain, and we ask that You calm the storm and provide a safe journey for her.
We pray for the pilots, that You would guide their hands and give them wisdom as they navigate the aircraft. We ask for Your angels to surround the plane, protecting all passengers and crew members. Lord, You promise that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord. Romans 8:38-39 WEST.
Please grant peace and comfort to her granddaughter and the rest of the family during this time in Jesus Christ. We ask this all in the precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
We encourage you to trust in the Lord's protection and provision. God is faithful, and He hears our prayers. As it is written in Psalm 91:11 WEB: "For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways." Trust in His promises and rest in His care.
If you have not already, call out to Jesus Christ for salvation. We all fall short of God's glory and need Christ to pay for our sin on the cross. We must repent, confess our sins, and ask Jesus Christ to be our Lord and Savior. Romans 10:13-14 and Acts 4:12.
Lastly, If you have not brought your granddaughter to accept Jesus Christ and follow Him. Please do so. It is only by His name that we can call out to God and be saved. Romans 10:14. It is never too early to teach children the gospel of Jesus Christ so that they will not spend eternity in hell when they die but have everlasting life with God in heaven.
