I WANT TO GET RID OF MY ANXIETY AND BE A PEACEFUL PERSON.

I HAVE BEEN THINKING OF THINGS THAT HAPPENED IN THE RECENT PAST AND I'M WORRYING AND PONDERING ON THOSE THINGS.I AM UNABLE TO CARRY ON WITH MY DAILY ACTIVITIES SINCE THESE THOUGHTS FLASH IN MY MIND VERY OFTEN
