Please pray for my weight loss. I gained over ### lbs and my attempts at living healthier haven't helped me lose the pounds. My health has been affected.

Heavenly Father, we come to You in the Name of Jesus to ask for Your help and guidance for ###. We ask that You give her the strength and motivation to make healthy lifestyle changes that will help her to lose the extra weight she has gained. We pray that You will help her to stay focused and disciplined in her efforts to reach her weight loss goals. We pray that You will give her the wisdom to make wise choices when it comes to her diet and exercise. We ask that You will restore her health and give her the energy and enthusiasm she needs to stay on track. We thank You for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to answer in Jesus Name.
