Please pray for my weight loss campaign. I am doing my best, but this is not easy. Also, had to use my asthma rescue inhaler once today. Pray I can get on right inhalers to help prevent this. Also pray I can accept the condition better than I do. I did not want to use that rescue inhaler. I waited ten minutes. Also, please pray for my emotional state. Again, I am feeling very hopeless and helpless about my life, and I am facing snide remarks from my family. I am also disappointed about another situation. Thank you for praying.

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit.
