Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up this prayer request on behalf of ### and their son who is struggling with suicidal thoughts. Lord, we acknowledge that You are the giver of life and that You have a purpose and plan for each person's life. We ask for Your divine intervention and healing touch upon this situation.
Your Word reminds us in Psalm 34:17-18 that "The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We pray that You would draw near to this son in his time of despair, comforting him and bringing him hope. Surround him with Your love and peace, and remind him of his worth and value in Your eyes.
We also pray for ###, the parent, who is deeply concerned for their child's well-being. Grant them strength, wisdom, and discernment as they navigate through this difficult situation. Help them to be a source of support and encouragement for their son, showing him Your love through their words and actions.
