We lift up your son before the Lord, asking for His divine favor and guidance in this important opportunity. Father God, we know that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and we trust in Your provision for this position. We pray that if it is Your will, doors would open for your son to be granted an interview. May he be seen as a strong candidate, reflecting the integrity, wisdom, and diligence that come from walking closely with You.

Lord, we ask that You prepare his heart and mind, giving him confidence rooted in You rather than in his own strength. Remind him that his worth is found in Christ alone, and that You have a plan and purpose for his life. We declare that no weapon formed against him shall prosper, and that You will go before him to make the crooked places straight.

We also pray for wisdom for those making the hiring decisions. May they recognize the value and skills Your son brings, and may Your peace guide their choices. Let this process be free from any unjust barriers or biases, and may Your will be done in every detail.

Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer and for the ways You work all things together for good for those who love You. We trust in Your timing and Your perfect plan. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord in this matter, trusting that He knows what is best for your son’s future. Keep your heart fixed on Him, knowing that His plans are to prosper and not to harm, to give hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11). If this opportunity is part of His plan, He will make a way.
