We come before the Lord with hearts full of hope and faith, lifting up this request for your ### as he prepares for his interview for the position of senior manager of risk and business insurance. Father God, we know that every good and perfect gift comes from You, and we trust in Your divine plan for his life. We ask that You would go before him, preparing the hearts of those who will interview him, and grant him favor in their sight.
Lord, we pray that You would fill him with wisdom, confidence, and clarity as he presents himself. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus. Let him walk in the assurance that You are with him, guiding his words and actions. We declare that he is equipped with the skills, experience, and godly character to excel in this role, and we ask that You open the door of opportunity for him in Your perfect timing.
Father, we also lift up his faith in You. May he seek Your will above all else, trusting that You have a purpose for his career and his life. Remind him that his worth is not defined by his job title but by his identity in Christ. Help him to glorify You in all that he does, whether in this position or another path You have for him.
We rebuke any spirit of fear, doubt, or anxiety that may try to creep into his heart. Instead, we speak Your truth over him: "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). We pray that he would rest in Your promises and walk in the confidence that comes from knowing You are his Provider and Guide.
Lord, if this position is part of Your plan for him, we ask that You would make the way clear. If it is not, we trust that You have something even better prepared. May he find contentment and joy in Your will, knowing that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28 WEB).
We also want to take a moment to emphasize the importance of seeking You in all things. It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to You, Father. There is no other name by which we can be saved, and no prayer is heard apart from Him. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me" (John 14:6 WEB). If your ###—or anyone reading this—has not yet surrendered their life to Jesus, we encourage them to do so today. Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
