Please pray for my son. He is ### and I found out about a month ago that his girlfriend is pregnant. He is drinking and smokes cigarettes. My prayer is that the Holy Spirit will reveal the truth to him. I say things to him but only seems to make it worse. I need the Lord to intervene.

Father I pray for this son that he find You and the wisdom that can be found in Your word. Guide his footsteps dear Lord and please make the path You choose for him be easy to see. So many of our young men are on their own from the start, let them find You first Father! Keep the devil and all evil from their doorsteps. Show them the perfect plans You have! You are so wise in asking for the Lord to intervene in this matter.

Thank you for having the faith and please agree with me as we pray...

Heavenly Father,

We come before you today asking for forgiveness of sin in my own life, and to guide and direct my paths.

We lift up this young man to you so that you may speak to his heart as you did for me to turn him to the need of change.

That he would step up and lead his family as you purposed in his life.

That he would seek you and allow your word to live into his life.

We also pray for the child and mother, that you would be with them and give the mother understanding as well.

Let this family be another example of how turning and trusting you is the way...the only way that they will find true happiness.

We ask that you put a person in his life that he would trust and believe to guide him in the days of doubt.

Believing that in you all things are possible and knowing how much you love them and want to be a part of their life.

And Father, I pray for this wonderful mother as well...that you would ease her pain and comfort her during this and assure her that all is well.

Thank you, Father, for this child to come as we know that you purposed this for your glory and may this child grow up knowing you and making a wonderful mark in this world.
