We are so glad to hear of your faith in God and we join you in trusting in Him and not on our own understanding, just as it says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
We will pray for your mother's health and for God's comfort to be upon both of you during this time. It's important to remember that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit, as it says in Psalm 34:18.
However, we want to remind you that prayer should be directed to God through Jesus Christ, as it says in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Make sure to end prayers with 'In Jesus' name' or a similar phrase. Also, if your mother does not know Jesus as her Lord and Savior then pray for God to be revealed to her and for the Holy Spirit to move in her heart.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up our dear sister and her mother. Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon her mother, both physically and mentally. Guide the doctors and provide them with wisdom to give her the medical attention she needs. We pray for Your comfort and peace to surround them both, and for her mother to know the joy of the Lord.
Lord, we also ask that You reveal yourself to her mother, that she may come to know You as her Lord and Savior. We pray for her salvation and for the Holy Spirit to move in her heart.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, God is faithful and He cares for you and your mother. Keep trusting in Him and keep rejoicing in the Lord always, as it says in Philippians 4:4. Continue to pray for your mother's salvation and for God's will to be done in her life. If she is having any immoral living then it is important for her to be convicted by the Holy Spirit and repent.
