Please pray for my job place

Please pray for the nursing home which i work at... Things are so bad there tonight there was only 4 people to care for the resident and one was leaving early some offer to stay over but they said no now they say they are all about the care of the residents but they are not.. Because these residents will not get the care they need... Please pray for the one that does what days we work... Some one came to me today and told me to pray for her things are not going right she is doing wicked things thats not right... And she use to be a aide.. And now has moved up.. She is letting things go to her head and she is not there for the residents... I pray she will change her ways or she get bump out and let some one ellse have it thats going to be fare...pray for all the leaders of this company its sad when they are two face... Wicked and they dont care about the care of the residents i pray a big turn over with good christains come in and take over...

Lord, protect the residents in this place. Let them feel safe, like they are at home. I pray they will not fall victim to selfish or greedy hands. Father, reveal yourself to everyone who steps foot into this nursing home. I pray that you will equip this entire staff with a Christ-like heart and compassion, and intervene so that those who are being unfair or causing harm will be exposed and bumped out. Help missnan to keep her head on her shoulders and stay serene even during the tough times. I pray that you will bless her for rewarding work & bless the residents as well. IN Jesus' name, Amen.

I join the others in praying that this situation be resolved so the residents can dwell in peace and security. All things are possible with You, Oh Lord. Raise the level of awareness of these workers and help them to see that whatever they do to/for these, the sickly and the aged, they do to You. Forgive them their transgressions, and open their eyes to see You in their patients. I ask this in the name of Jesus. Amen.
