We come before the Lord with heavy hearts, lifting up your husband ### and the many burdens he carries. Father God, we know that You see every struggle—his anger, bitterness, and the deep hurts from his past. We ask that You break the chains of oppression and fill the emptiness in his heart with Your perfect love. Lord, Your Word tells us in Ephesians 4:31-32, *"Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander be removed from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tender hearted, forgiving each other, just as God also in Christ forgave you."* We pray this transformation over ###, that he would release every weight of unforgiveness and allow Your peace to reign in his heart.
We also bring before You the physical and mental toll his job has taken on him. Lord, You are the Great Physician, and we ask for Your healing touch to restore his strength, both in body and mind. Psalm 34:18-19 reminds us, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all."* We trust in Your deliverance, Father, and ask that You renew his energy and grant him restful sleep.
We rebuke the spirit of laziness in Jesus’ name, for Your Word commands us in Proverbs 13:4, *"The soul of the sluggard desires, and has nothing, but the desire of the diligent shall be fully satisfied."* We pray that ### would find purpose and motivation in You, Lord, and that his hands would be productive for Your glory.
Father, we also lift up your marriage, for You designed it to be a reflection of Christ and the Church—a covenant of love, faithfulness, and unity. We ask that You heal any wounds from ###’s past marriage and guard his heart against comparison or resentment. Help both of you to extend grace, communicate with patience, and build a marriage that honors You. Ecclesiastes 4:9-10 says, *"Two are better than one, because they have a good reward for their labor. For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow; but woe to him who is alone when he falls, and doesn’t have another to lift him up."* Lord, strengthen their bond and let Your love be the foundation of their home.
Finally, we pray that ### would draw near to You, Jesus, for it is only in Your name that true healing and freedom are found. If he has not yet surrendered his life to You, we ask that You reveal Yourself to him in a powerful way. John 14:6 declares, *"Jesus said to him, ‘I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.’"* May he find salvation, peace, and purpose in You alone.
We stand in agreement with you, believing that God is at work in ###’s life. Keep pressing into prayer, trusting that the Lord hears and answers. May His grace sustain you both as you walk this journey together. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
