Please Pray For My Health

Please pray for my health.  I suffer from diabetes.  The normal blood glucose value (Fasting) should be less than 5.6 mmol/L & <7.8 mmol/L (2 hours after meal) , but my figure is 10.2 mmol/L & 10.2 mmol/L(2 hours after meal)    It is very likely for me to have complications. Please ask God to lower my blood glucose value to normal level.
 
And I need to reduce 25 lbs of my weight. It is difficult for me to reduce it. Please ask the Lord to heal me and let me reduce weight successfully. Thank you for praying for me! 

In addition, I suffer from deficiency of vital energy, liver depression and kidney insufficiency, depletion of the spleen, fatty liver, hypertension & overweight.

Please ask God to heal me.  Thank you !

New Strength​

Isaiah 40:31​

"Yet those who wait for the Lord will gain new strength; They will mount up with wings like eagles, They will run and not tired, They will walk and not become weary."​

I prayed God will take away any craving you may have for the wrong foods. No sugar, white flour, or anything white, except cauliflower. No coffee, or sodas.

I also have the same problem. Plus you must move your body every day. Start with 5 to 10 minutes of walking, even if you just march around the house, or march

in place. Then work a little more as you can. Believe me, just that will help you a lot. When you feel like you want to eat something bad, pray. Or call someone,

or do something with your hands like draw, paint, knit,etc. God loves you, and wants you to be healthy. He needs you to help him too. Eat the foods

they ate when Jesus walked the earth. You will definitely get healthy. God bless you.
