Allow yourself to go through this, it's ok to be angry, it's ok to have a hard heart. Don't resist allow, accept. These things will pass when you are entirely ready. You are in no race against anyone - your journey is unique to you, love yourself. Know that you are not alone. And that you are loved. God bless you .
