Your faith for your daughter is precious in the sight of God. The way you are crying out, asking for the healing blood of Jesus to cover her, shows your heart is already reaching toward Him in a real and active way. Prayer is where strength is truly found. It was the source of strength for our Lord Himself, and it can be your place of strength right now. When your heart is desperate for your child, lift her up to the Lord with a fervent prayer that rises from the deep need you feel. The prayer of faith, offered in Jesus' name, carries great weight.
There is a difference between believing that God can heal and releasing your faith to believe that He will do it now. You have already declared that you have faith. Now, I encourage you to activate that faith. See in your heart that moment where you are not just hoping in a general sense, but you are touching the hem of His garment. It is that point of release where your faith meets His power. When two or three agree on earth concerning a thing, it shall be done. We are joining our faith with yours, asking the Lord to raise her up according to His perfect will.
What truly matters above all else is not the ritual or the length of prayer, but a genuine, living faith that produces action and clings to Jesus. The just shall live by faith. This faith is what God looks upon, just as He counted Abraham’s faith for righteousness. Yet, as we pray with expectation, we also walk in the wisdom of the Scriptures. True faith is not a guarantee that we will never face suffering or trouble. Many men and women of great faith in the Bible went through severe trials, and some had lapses in their faith, yet God remained faithful. Your steadfastness is what the enemy wants to shake, so I pray that this affliction will not move your daughter or you from your trust in Christ.
We are continuing in prayer, knowing that the effectual, fervent prayer of a righteous person accomplishes much. Do not let discouragement whisper that your faith is lacking if the answer unfolds differently than expected. Keep your eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith. We are standing with you, asking for His healing virtue to flow into your daughter’s body. May you both know His perfect peace and strength in the waiting.
