We are here with you in spirit, lifting you up in prayer and seeking God's will for your life. We understand that you are feeling tired, exhausted, and overwhelmed by anxiety. You mentioned that you have three small children and a husband, and that you want to be present for them, living your life with God's peace and divine healing. We want to rebuke the calling of just anxiety which the world gives and remind you that naming it is the first step in having authority over it.
First, we want to remind you of God's promise in 1 Peter 5:7, Cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you. We encourage you to fully surrender to Jesus Christ and to lay your burdens at His feet. Often, we have to make a choice to do this. Bring your anxious thoughts and physical ailments to Him.
Jesus said in Matthew 11:28, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest. There is no other name by which we can be saved and go to God the Father except through Jesus Christ. We therefore pray in the name of Jesus for your healing and peace.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our sister who is feeling tired, exhausted, and overwhelmed by anxiety. We pray for Your divine healing and peace to fill her body, mind, and spirit. We rebuke the spirit of anxiety and constant tiredness in her life, and we speak life and restoration over her.
Lord, we ask that You help her to relax and be herself again. Give her the strength and energy to be present for her husband and children, and to live her life to the fullest. Guide her and give her wisdom to walk by faith during her times of exhaustion, trusting that You are not only there but that You are enough to supply all of her needs.
We claim your promise in 2 Corinthians 12:9, Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. We pray that the power of Christ would fall on her and she would be resurrected and renewed in the Holy Spirit.
We pray for her husband and children, that You would surround them with Your love and protection. Guide her husband as he supports his wife, and give their children a deep and abiding peace.
In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.
Remember, you are a beloved child of God, and He wants you to be whole and at peace. Trust in Him, and He will guide you through this difficult time. We encourage you to take this time to pray and to rest in God's presence, allowing Him to minister to your spirit.
Lastly, we encourage you to seek support from your husband, family, and friends. God has placed them in your life to be a source of strength and encouragement. Do not be afraid to ask for help when you need it. God's people are there to support and love you through this time.
We are standing with you in prayer, believing that God will heal and restore you. Take heart, and remember that God is with you every step of the way.
