It is clear you are seeking God’s guidance and forgiveness, and we join with you in lifting these concerns before the Lord. First, let us affirm that true safety and security are found only in Jesus Christ, who is our refuge and strength (Psalm 46:1). It is through His name alone that we have access to the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).
We notice your prayer includes a request for God’s angels to guide you, and while Scripture assures us that angels are ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation (Hebrews 1:14), we must be careful not to pray *to* angels or elevate them above their rightful place. Give Your angels charge over me to protect, deliver, keep me safe, and healthy. Be my refuge, fortress, and my ever-present help in the time of trouble. God, make me to dwell in safety. Cause me to lie down in peace and sleep. Lord, You be the watchman over my life, family, home, and all that You have blessed me with. God vindicate me according to Your righteousness. You arise in my life and cause all my enemies to be scattered (physically, spiritually, financially, emotionally, and psychologically) that come to fight, hurt, steal, kill, torment, deceive, distract, destroy, and or discourage me.
