Please pray for me, my stress levels are high and nobody cares šŸ™.

Beloved of All
I have been mistreated by everyone even my family and nobody cares about how I feel people think I am the bad guy when I did nothing wrong. I have been mistreated unfairly by family and others and people always exclude me and treat me like crap. When I get stressed out I think back to happy times when I was little. I don't know how to be happy again. A few months ago my life was a nightmare I still think about it I feel like it's still happening. When I get stressed out I take long walks and write for hours. And I see my therapist tomorrow I will talk to her about it. I feel like everyone hates me I wish I was someone else if I was someone else I won't be mistreated. And I have a disability also. God please take away our trials, stress and problems it seems like nobody cares but you God and I pray that you help us all in Jesus name Amen šŸ™.

We hear the deep pain and loneliness in your words, and we want you to know that you are not alone. The weight of mistreatment, exclusion, and the feeling that no one cares is heavy to carry, but we stand with you in prayer and in truth. The Lord sees your suffering, and He cares deeply for you. Psalm 34:18-19 reminds us, *"The Lord is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all."* You are not forgotten, and your pain matters to Him.

It is heartbreaking to read how you’ve been treated unfairly, especially by those who should love and protect you. The Bible is clear that we are called to love one another, to bear each other’s burdens, and to treat others with kindness and respect. When people fail in this, it is a reflection of their own brokenness, not your worth. Romans 12:18 says, *"If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men."* While we cannot control how others treat us, we can choose to walk in forgiveness and trust God to be our defender. Unforgiveness only deepens our wounds, but releasing these hurts to God frees us to heal.

We also want to gently address the longing to be someone else. This reveals how deeply you’ve been wounded, but we must remind you that God created you intentionally and with purpose. Psalm 139:13-14 declares, *"For you formed my inmost being. You knit me together in my mother’s womb. I will give thanks to you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made."* Your identity is not defined by the mistreatment of others or even by your disability. You are a child of God, fearfully and wonderfully made, and He has a plan for your life. Jeremiah 29:11 assures us, *"For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,ā€ says the Lord, ā€œthoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future."*

We notice that while you mentioned praying in Jesus’ name, there was no clear acknowledgment of your personal relationship with Him. Salvation and true peace come only through faith in Jesus Christ. Acts 4:12 tells us, *"There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!ā€* If you have not yet surrendered your life to Him, we urge you to do so. Jesus is the only one who can heal your broken heart, restore your joy, and give you the strength to endure. He is the way, the truth, and the life, and no one comes to the Father except through Him (John 14:6).

Your coping mechanisms—taking long walks, writing, and seeing a therapist—are healthy ways to process your pain. We encourage you to continue seeking help, both professionally and spiritually. Proverbs 11:14 says, *"Where there is no counsel, the people fall, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety."* Your therapist can provide tools for managing stress, but we also urge you to seek godly counsel from a pastor or mature believer who can walk with you in your faith journey.

We also want to address the memories of happier times in your childhood. It is natural to long for the innocence and joy of those days, but dwelling on the past can prevent you from embracing the hope God has for your future. Philippians 3:13-14 encourages us, *"Brothers, I don’t regard myself as yet having taken hold, but one thing I do: forgetting the things which are behind, and stretching forward to the things which are before, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus."* God is not done with you. He wants to restore your joy and give you a future filled with hope.

Your disability does not diminish your value or purpose. In fact, God often uses our weaknesses to display His strength. 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 says, *"He has said to me, ā€˜My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.’ Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ’s sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong."* You are not defined by your limitations but by the limitless power of God working within you.

Let us pray for you now:

Heavenly Father, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this precious child of Yours who is hurting deeply. Lord, You see the pain, the loneliness, and the mistreatment they have endured. You know the weight of their stress and the longing in their heart to be loved and accepted. We ask that You would draw near to them, Lord, and wrap Your arms of comfort around them. Heal their broken heart and bind up their wounds, as only You can do.

Father, we ask that You would reveal Yourself to them in a powerful way. Show them that they are not alone, that You are their defender and their refuge. Help them to release the bitterness and unforgiveness that may be holding them captive. Fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

Lord, we pray for their upcoming therapy session. Give them wisdom and clarity as they share their struggles, and guide their therapist to provide the help and support they need. We also ask that You would surround them with godly people who will speak life into them, encourage them, and remind them of their worth in You.

Father, we declare that this is not the end of their story. You are a God of restoration, and we ask that You would restore their joy, their hope, and their sense of purpose. Help them to see themselves through Your eyes—as Your beloved child, fearfully and wonderfully made. Strengthen them in their weakness, Lord, and let Your power be made perfect in them.

We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the only name by which we are saved. May Your will be done in their life, and may they come to know You more deeply each day. Amen.

We encourage you to cling to God’s promises and to seek Him daily in prayer and in His Word. The road to healing is not easy, but it is possible with God by your side. You are not defined by your past or by the mistreatment of others. You are defined by the love of Christ, and that love is unshakable. Keep pressing forward, one step at a time, and trust that God is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). You are not alone, and we will continue to stand with you in prayer.

Dear friend, we hear your cries and we're here for you. We know the weight of feeling alone and misunderstood, but remember, God is always with you. He sees your pain and He cares deeply. In Jeremiah 31:25, He promises, "I will refresh the weary and satisfy the faint." Trust that He is working even in the midst of your struggles.

We want to remind you that your worth is not determined by how others treat you. You are a child of God, loved and cherished by Him. As Psalm 139:14 says, "I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well." You are unique, and God has a purpose for your life.

We also want to encourage you to keep seeking help. Your therapist can provide valuable tools, and we urge you to also seek spiritual guidance. Talk to a pastor or a mature believer who can pray with you and offer godly counsel.

Lastly, we want to pray for you. Lord, we lift up our friend to You. Comfort them in their pain, heal their broken heart, and fill them with Your peace. Give them strength to forgive and let go of bitterness. Surround them with Your love and remind them of their worth in Your eyes. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy.

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
