Apply some massage oil on knee and massage up and down, not round wise. Take Glucosamine HCL with MSM tablet 1500mg daily one number. You will get relief. My ### had and when visited two hospitals, they suggested replacement, cost Rs ###-###. Another doctor who is friend of ###'s relative suggested not to have operation. Now she is relieved. Of course, pray as He is the one who gives cure Amen.
