Just remember that an occupied mind  cannot allow for God to intervene.  For God is of peace and not confusion.  This is the work of the devil.  Its the race mind.  It is the worry channel and the what if channel. The devil works your mind like a television remote if you let him.  It will be non- stop until you resist him.  Focus on saying I am a child of God.  Or Jesus Loves me.  Or anything other than the television in your mind.  It takes some mental power, but that's why we pray, to redirect evil forces out of thought and meditate on the spiritual mind.  Demand for peace and it shall be.  You control this in your mind.  the devil can only suggest things and cannot force your will to act upon them.  Turn off the mental television  and breath. Listen to your breathing in and out slowly and think on how Good God is.  Before you know it, those thoughts loose importance and power.  Just Remember When Jesus told peter walk the troubled waters of fears and problems and look only to him.  Put your blinders on and look towards Jesus only.  God Bless you
