I don't know if you know about this book - Prayers that rout demons. It's good to read from that book out loudly to confirm what is your spiritual position. It's quite useful and it's based mostly on the Bible scriptures. Another weapon is worshiping God any time you were tortured, this can be done by listening or singing Christian songs, or reading from the Bible, the worshiping psalms for example.
