I know it is hard but the devil attacks you with his evil spirits and you must fight against that by binding, rebuking them, commanding them to leave, to leave you alone because you are the temple of the Holy Spirit. Evil spirits especially don't like Bible reading and most of all PRAISE AND WORSHIP SONGS. David played a harp to Saul when he was tormented by an evil spirit and it worked!
In addition to that find 2-3 scriptures for healing anxiety and depression and quote them every day. You can find them quickly on the internet.

I have severe anxiety sometimes and panic attacks and I have been going to the website on YouTube called daily effective prayer and there's specific prayers for anxiety on there and I find when I pray it calms me down. God is with us and is certainly able to answer our prayers and help us. It's hard for me to know what to pray for sometimes or how to pray and so I look for guidance. This website here certainly blessing I am praying to God heal your worried mind and to give you a special blessings in your life to give you comfort. I had also attacks of anxiety, in fact depressive anxiety so I understand what's really the problem. But I must say when it was the worst Brother ### and other prayer warriors helped me with prayers... God bless you heal you and protect you,!!

Having similar situation as you it has been very easy to let depression set in....but I have found turning this over to God is the only real answer. For all the good intentions of Dr.s sometimes they can only do so much. Letting God take over has been the only thing that has given me any hope. The old saying "Let go and let God" applies well. Bless you and trust God.
