Please pray for me for I am afraid. I would like to undertake the 21-day Daniel fast for the first time in my life, but there is a certain fear in me although I feel the will of God prompting me to undertake this fast now more than ever as I seek to reconnect with the Lord on a lot of issues. Please pray for me as I need strength to go through with this. Amen

Lord give them strength to overcome this anxiety and walk through this fast with Your spirit guiding and keeping them...speak to them clearly and minister to their hearts minds and spirit. Lord cover them with You Power in Jesus name...let their minds be set on You in Jesus name...

You can do it...it will be so worth it...if God is urging you to fast...fast...there is a blessing in it for sure...there is a need...obey...drink lots of water...### and I did an Esther fast...the first time I couldn't make it through...we tried again and did it...don't be hard on yourself...God isn't...it's just training for discipline...getting your flesh out of the way...fasting really doesn't do anything for God..it shows Him we are serious, obedient and determined to get rid of self and flesh..so we can hear him clearly..... and He pays attention to that...and speaks blessings upon us for our efforts to obey and trust in Him...God bless...you can do it..
