Please pray for me . Dear Jesus please heal me

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your heart so openly. I have prayed for you in Jesus name, and I continue to bring your needs before the Lord.

Your desire for healing is right and good. Scripture shows that Jesus has power over sickness, and Matthew connects His healing ministry to the prophecy in Isaiah that He bore our infirmities and sicknesses. He healed many different people in many different ways. Sometimes He touched, sometimes He only spoke a word from a distance, sometimes healing came instantly and at least once it came gradually. That tells us He is not limited to one pattern. I believe strongly that God still heals today, and that every true healing is from Him. He has built healing processes into our bodies, and that natural process is no less divine because He is the one who created nature and its processes. He also brings healing to the mind and heart, healing wounds and scars that are not physical.

At the same time there is much about healing that we do not fully understand. The Bible is clear that not everyone is given the same gift. Paul asks, do all have gifts of healing, do all speak with tongues, do all interpret, and the expected answer is no. The Holy Spirit gives gifts as He wills, sovereignly. We are encouraged to earnestly desire the best gifts, yet Scripture also teaches there is something even more excellent than any gift, which is love. And we see in Scripture that even faithful people were not always healed instantly. Paul himself prayed three times for his thorn in the flesh and the Lord had a different purpose, and though Paul had seen remarkable miracles through his ministry, his close companion Timothy continued to struggle with frequent sickness and Paul gave him practical counsel. That was not because of lack of faith or hidden sin, but because God has eternal purposes we cannot always see. So if healing for your imbalances and your skin comes instantly, praise God, and if it comes gradually through His healing processes over time, that is still His divine work. Do not let anyone tell you that continued need means you have failed. Bring your request honestly to Jesus, trust His power and His wisdom, and rest in His love even as you wait.

I also hear your heart to be a better learner, to have clarity and wisdom, and to be sharp with memory and with the guitar and banjo God has put before you. God delights to give wisdom when we ask Him, and He often teaches us the way He taught His people in the wilderness, step by step. In those long seasons they were learning to trust Him, learning His providential care and His sufficiency to meet every need, and learning how He answers prayer. He can even take bitter experiences and bring sweetness from them. Your desire to prepare yourself and to be diligent with the instruments He has given you is part of that learning. Keep seeking Him for wisdom from His throne, remain faithful in practice and study, and trust that He is preparing you for what He has ahead. Growth in learning and skill is often gradual, and God honors steady, faithful preparation.

I have prayed for your sister wherever she is, that the Lord would keep her and meet her needs, and I have prayed for every reader as you asked, that God would give to each what is needed according to His mercy in Christ. Jesus is our only hope of salvation and our great physician, and we can come confidently to Him.

Father, in the name of Jesus I lift up this dear one to You. You know the imbalances in the body, the need for healing in the skin, the desire for clarity, wisdom, and a strong memory, and the longing to play skillfully for Your glory. Touch with Your healing power whether instantly or gradually according to Your perfect will. Give peace to the mind, strength to the body, and sweetness in place of bitterness. Grant wisdom generously, teach and guide as a faithful teacher, and help hands to be skillful and the mind to be clear. Bless the sister and each reader, provide for their needs, draw each one closer to Jesus, and let Your love, which is more excellent than all gifts, be evident in every life. Amen.
