Please pray for me and my anxiety issues. I went to the dr. yesterday and she increased one of my anti-anxiety meds. She gave me some samples of sleeping pills, but I have such a fear of taking new meds. I know that I need to get better sleep, but I have anxiety thinking about taking the sleeping med. I know I sound like a nut case!! I woke up around 4 this morning and had to walk around the house just to get some of the anxiety to subside. I appreciate all of your prayers. And please remember a good friend of mine who is going through a difficult time. They have even thought of suicide. They are a Christian, but life just seems really hard for them right now.
