Please pray for interpretation team at my church!

Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

Thank you for praying for my job.I highly appreciate your prayers.

Could I ask you to pray for one more thing?

I've interpretated for Sunday message and translated portions of monthly news letter at my church for about 2 years.We faced many difficulties, especially with interpretators as we occationally had just few interpretators including me.

Last year, we had only three....that was pretty hard for every interpretator.Yuko, very well-trained interpretator, and I took so many turns to cover all Sundays last year.

As you know, we sometimes had 5 Sundays in a month and we had additional events like Christmas.We all tried to cover all services, and the result was...every interpretator got so exhausted.

Yuko technically left as she might get pregnant and she is overexhausted.She has interpreated for 10 years.That's long time.And now, the other interpretator who didn't seem to have gift in interpretation reported to us that she wanted to leave us on April, so now it's me, Junko I, and Shana.

Junko I and Shana joined us on April, but it still makes us three again.I am really hoping that God would lead and guide AT LEAST ONE MORE PERSON to join our team.

Good thing is that we have more unity and harmony in our team now.We used to argue, criticize others before other people left the team.So many have prayed for our team, and now no argument.Rather, Junko I, Shana, and I are really good friends and support each other through prayers.

But still we would like to welcome new interpretators, hopefully 2.As you may notice, we have 5 Sundays on June, and as far as I know, we need to cover all Sundays.Junko I is willing to cover twice, and I probably let her do that but I am really hoping that God would speak to at least one to try to interpretate on last Sunday of June.

So please pray that God would bring RIGHT NEW PERSONS to join our team.

Father I praise you to guide new Christian Interpretor to Church to help their team and be a blessing to them all. Father, I pray in agreement with Harold and Judy. Continue to bless Junko and her ministry to others through interpretation. Help their team expand by guiding a talented person or two to join them. Let them work in harmony, glorifying Your kingdom by their work. Bless Junko with a permanent job in interpretation as well I pray. Amen.

Lord, thank you for Junko I ask that you provide the workers for the harvest. It is your field Lord and if the workers are not there then we might not be able to respond appropriately to your perfect will. Lord we know that you don't need us to complete your desires but you have presented us with these opportunities to bless you and to testify to your greatness. I ask that you bring the right persons to fill the vacancies in the translators and that until those positions are filled that you provide Junko and the other translators with your grace and strength to complete the tasks you have at hand.

Thank you for all prayers, guys.

I talked to my dad who is my spritual American pastor at my church, and he told me that we should approach to people who may have gift in interpretations in a different way.We used to make a big annoucement of needing a new interpretator, and it was actually a big noise at my church.

And...in fact, I actually feel that it isn' really right way to approach people with the gift in this area either.But at the same time, I don't quit understand what the right way of leading and guiding the right persons to join my team either.Well, I know that idea comes from God too, right?

Anyways, please continue to pray for our ministory in interpretation.Thank you for keeping us in your prayers!

Father, I bring up this issue in front of you this morning again.

Father, I want you to deal with the issue of interpretator at my church because I know I, we cannot handle it by ourselves.

Father, speak to each heart of those who can MAKE DIFFERENCE AND CHANGES about this issue.

Please strengthen each interpretator and speak to those who have gifts in interpretation.

Also, I ask you to create more harmoney and unitiy among interpretators.

Father, strengthen us.Let us look upon you always and see your glory, Lord!
