How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power who went about doing good, healing all who were oppressed of the devil.
In the western world we call it mental illness, in a country like ###, they call it a devil. So Jesus gave believers authority in His name, in the power of Holy Spirit who cast out devils and healed all who were oppressed of the devil.
